Smoking Policy
Our hotel is committed to providing a 100% smoke-free environment for our guests. Any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a cleaning fee of no less than $200 + tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.
Pet Policy
Hyatt Regency Louisville does not allow pets, with the exception of service animals.
