Our most lavish event spaces await you on our Ballroom Level, with Regency Ballroom and Rio Grande Ballroom highlighted as our premier spaces for truly exceptional events and celebrations. Each can be divided into flexible spaces.
Hill Country Level
Nine distinct meeting rooms line the Hill Country Level of our hotel, each with the flexibility to host a variety of meetings or be combined for larger events. The largest room, Live Oak, can host a reception for up to 185 guests.
Our Chula Vista meeting room and boardroom offer more than 1,260 square feet of refined meeting space. Host an impressive meeting in our updated boardroom, or entertain up to 185 guests at an elegant reception in the meeting room.
Host up to 250 people in our Garden Terrace space, perfect for an open-air breakfast before meetings, or a break from the ballroom lunch. Located directly off Garden Terrace are three separate boardrooms, which can accommodate up to 12 guests each. Each boardroom comes ready for any meeting with a 60-inch TV monitor, charging stations, a stocked Keurig coffee machine, soft drinks and water.
A unique venue, this space has the feel of a restaurant but all the privacy a private room provides. It also features floor-to-ceiling glass panels inspired by the natural look of the Texas Hill Country.
