This enormous wedding venue has nearly 9,000-square-feet of space for your large ceremony, reception or meeting event. The Grand Ballroom is our largest facility on-site, forming the crux of Rochester’s ornate venues. It features 16-foot ceilings and a large pre-function space for formal banquets of up to 640 people and cocktail receptions for up to 1,000. Hyatt offers complimentary risers for elevated head tables and a large movable dance floor. For meetings, this space can be divided into individual areas dubbed Section A through G.

Our Regency Ballroom provides elegant décor, crafty cocktail seating and ornate lighting to help showcase your fabulous event in Rochester. Host 210 for a theater-style wedding, 300 for a cocktail reception, 150 schoolroom-style or 50 around the hardwood conference table. The Regency Foyer adds 923 sq ft of space for a bar or other setup.

Center City Terrace and Lounge is an eclectic urban outdoor and indoor place that is available seasonally and is perfect for wedding-related events and corporate parties in Rochester. Our indoor space can hold cocktail parties for 75 guests, while the outside terrace can serve an additional 75 guests.

Astor on Main is an intimate place for weddings, bridal showers, and rehearsal dinners with two-story floor-to-ceiling windows and a large bar. This space can accommodate dinner receptions for up to 75 people and theatre seating for 150 guests for your wedding reception in Rochester, New York.

Cafe on Main is the perfect space for a smaller corporate or family function, reception, or special event like a bridal or baby shower. The space can accommodate a banquet-style dinner for 30 or cocktail reception for 70 people.
