Home Away From Home – Another Exceptional Stay
This was our fifth year staying at Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh, and this visit was even more special than the previous ones. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like coming home. The team recognized our family, welcomed us with genuine warmth, and even remembered our preferences. That level of personalized service is rare and is what keeps us coming back year after year. We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite overlooking the Royal Palace. Waking up to that incredible view each morning made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast has improved significantly, with a wider variety of dishes and elevated quality. Whether at the front entrance, in the lobby, restaurants, housekeeping, or the Regency Club Lounge, every staff member made us feel valued. Although the lounge team was new, they were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and eager to help. One thing that stood out was that no matter how busy the hotel was, someone was always available to assist us, and the team consistently made sure we had a parking space whenever we returned. After five years of staying here, Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh truly feels like our home away from home. The beautiful property is impressive, but it is the people and their genuine hospitality that make this hotel so special. We sincerely thank the entire team for another unforgettable stay and look forward to returning again next year.

Outstanding Performance
I recently had another excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh. I was especially delighted to be upgraded to my preferred room by the Director of Rooms, which made my visit even more enjoyable. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated and reflects the genuine hospitality of the team. Breakfast continues to be one of the highlights of staying at this property. The selection of freshly baked bakery products, the wide assortment of fresh fruits, and the excellent quality coffee make for a wonderful start to the day. In an era where quality breakfast offerings are becoming increasingly rare, Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh truly stands out. Overall, another outstanding stay with attentive service, excellent facilities, and a team that consistently delivers a memorable guest experience. I look forward to returning.

Nice hotel with heritage well preserved
Very good location hotel. Rooms are comfortable, big and clean. Breakfast menu should have more selection and better quality choices.

Excellent the housekeeping cafe front desk all incredibly amazing especially the cafe team they know exactly what you want. You don’t have to order and you get it delivered seamlessly to your table impeccable incredible excellent. I highly highly recommend this property. The best service.

Amazing place to stay

A fantastic spot
The Hyatt is an oasis in the heart of Phnom Penh. We loved the pool area and the proximity to sites. The hotel is clean, the staff were helpful, and breakfast was good. If ever in Phnom Penh again, we would definitely return.

Excellent service and ideal venue for business and leisure stays
I stayed at this hotel for nearly a week. It was for work, as we organized a three-day event here. We received exceptional service from the hotel staff, who have extensive experience in organizing events. It is a new hotel with excellent facilities, outstanding food, and a very good location, with views of the river and the Royal Palace. I would recommend it for both business and leisure. The staff are very friendly, efficient, and always willing to help at all times.

Book Executive Room
Had sn extended 8 day stay due to the isdues in the Middle East. Stayed in Executive Level room with great views of the city. Plenty of local convenience stores and cafes nearby. Snacks provided in the Attic during the afternoon but very limited. Evening canapes and drinks served there too, much better choice. No free laundry service unlike a lot of other similar class hotels. Gym, pool and Spa all used and with no complaints. Would recommend. Grab app a great way to book transpirt around the city.

Beautiful property. Love the colonial design and vibe. Wish we had more time to experience it only stayed for a night, literally just 9 hours. Loved the pool , we had it to ourselves in the morning, love the breakfast, they were very nice to allow us to pack some takeways for our trip towards Koh Rong Island.

Great base to explore the city
Great location in the center of the city, excellent rooms, nice outdoor pool, generous and varied breakfast, and very friendly staff.

Great Stay in One of the World’s Most Interesting Coties

Outstanding Luxury Stay – Top Service & Perfect Condition!
The Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. Top service, top ambiance, and the entire property is in superb condition throughout. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere at every turn. The hotel grounds are very well located and impeccably maintained. We were thrilled with our room upgrade to suites – spacious, luxurious, and absolutely perfect, leaving us delighted. Breakfast was excellent, featuring a huge variety of high-quality options with outstanding service in a very relaxed atmosphere. The Club Lounge is beautifully appointed, offering fantastic service along with an abundant selection of drinks and food during happy hour. The rooftop is chic and elegantly designed – a true highlight! Highly recommended for anyone seeking luxury in Phnom Penh.

Amazing stay
Amazing stay. The kindness and the service was one of the best experiences we ever had. Speciel thanks to David who made our stay perfect. He was there for the check in and checked in on us several times to hear if everything was ok. Also a speciel thanks to Sahnour, who we had as a waiter in the breakfast restaurant. She was so kind, amazing service and she remembered what we ordered the day before. The location of the hotel is perfect, near to everything and you can easily reach the things to want to see in the city.

Awesome experience!
The Hyatt Regency is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Phnom Penh - walking distance to the Royal Palace, National Museum, and the riverfront. Everything is as you would expect from a five star hotel - great service, food, and amenities. The signature massage at Jivapita Spa was amazing!

Horrible Vacation Experience at Hyatt Regency PP
My children and I were mortified by the swimming pool level staff, Ms Leakhena. After breakfast, my children were simply getting their plastic cups to play at lily pond, then Ms Leakhena harshly told my children that they were breaking the rules. While my children were still shock and hurt, she took aways their cups without asking and walked off. Being greatly saddened by Ms Leakhena, we resorted to the pool in hopes for some fun during our family vacation. My children respected the sign that says “no diving” and simply jump off the sideway with legs landing in the pool first, following safety standard. Then Ms Leakhena again sternly confronted us for breaking the rule. I explained that we did not dive but she refused to listen. By now our vacation was ruined.

Great hotel
A great stay, a warm welcome and super friendly staff. The room was well appointed with a great space to rest. The pool and padogda type area was a great speace to rest and rejunventate.

A sanctuary of calm
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Sanctuary of Calm in the Heart of Phnom Penh We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh for two nights, and it was exactly what we needed. In a city where the hustle and bustle can sometimes feel overwhelming, this hotel offered a genuine sanctuary of calm. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere, the quality of the space, and the warmth of the staff stood out. The service was exceptional without ever feeling intrusive. Every member of the team made us feel welcome and looked after, and the whole hotel felt like a peaceful retreat from the intensity of the city outside. The rooms, facilities and overall standard of the hotel were superb, and it proved to be the perfect base for our short stay. If you’re visiting Phnom Penh and want somewhere that blends tranquillity with five star service, the Hyatt Regency is an excellent choice. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.
