JEAN CHRISTOPHE FIESCHI, EXECUTIVE CHEF
A distinguished French national, Chef Fieschi brings with him an impressive 35 years of culinary expertise within the Hyatt family. He has honed his skills in some of the world’s most vibrant cities, including Hong Kong, Dubai, Osaka, Taipei, Doha, Kuwait, and Mumbai. Now, he takes on his role as the new Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh.
Jean Christophe Fieschi will oversee the operations of all five food and beverage outlets, including the hotel’s two main dining venues, FiveFive Rooftop Bar & Lounge and Market Café Restaurant & Lounge. He will uphold Hyatt’s commitment to sourcing the most sustainable and seasonal products from Cambodia by working with local farmers, growers, and distributors.
