Prior to check-in, I had a fall in the street outside the hotel, dislocating my shoulder. Maxime Marcelli, Concierge, responded outside, summoned paramedics, and stayed with me until an ambulance came to transport me to the hospital. He then had our luggage delivered to our room while I was at the hospital. He also assisted when we inadvertently left belongings in the safe upon check-out. His assistance and attention to detail was very much appreciated during a difficult time. The hotel was spotless and all staff very professional.

Excellent hotel. The sky bar and lounge were fantastic and provided great views of the Eiffel Tower. All of the staff were friendly and provided great service.

Outstanding hotel with clean rooms and great views of Paris. Also very central to great food and attractions. Club Level access is also well worth the extra expense.

My wife and I had a wonderful five-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to the Arc de Triomphe and with convenient access to everything Paris has to offer. But what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding level of customer service. Every member of the team we encountered was professional, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely interested in making our stay special. The consistency and warmth of the service throughout our five nights were remarkable. The Regency Club was undoubtedly one of the highlights. The quality, variety, and presentation of the food and beverages were superb, both at breakfast and during the evening service. Combined with the attentive staff, it made the Club a wonderful place to begin and end each day. And then there is the view. The panoramic views of Paris from the Regency Club are simply spectacular and truly unique. Sitting there with a glass of wine in the evening while looking across the Paris skyline is an experience we will remember for a long time. Our room was equally impressive—extremely comfortable, quiet, impeccably maintained, and a perfect place to relax after spending the day exploring Paris. The quality of the bed and overall comfort of the room made our five-night stay particularly enjoyable. The Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile delivered exactly what we value in a great hotel: exceptional service, excellent food and beverage, comfortable accommodations, a fantastic location, and an unforgettable view of Paris. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. A special thank you to the entire team for making our time in Paris so memorable. Highly recommended!

Great hotel for conference. Conference food was amazing. The staff are friendly. Breakfast does have long queues, perhaps can open additional entrances for breakfast customers.

The breakfast experience left a lot to be desired. Ok the first day the queue to get a table at breakfast lasted a good 20 minutes and the queue only grew behind me so I’m not sure how long some people had to wait. When reaching the end you then as a person eating alone had to share a communal table. Eating elbow to elbow next to others.

Highly recommend hotel. Very helpful and professional staff. Food is quite good. Room had the required amenities and was of decent size. Ask for a high floor with views of the Eiffel Tower.

I had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile. The rooms were superb, and the bathrooms and other facilities were very nice. The location was also convenient for getting around the city. I would happily stay here again.

Amazing! Very clean! Lounge access was perfect but the cherry on top was the view! Wish the room could have been a bit bigger for our family, but we were able to make it work! Location was ideal, as it was a quick walk to a large metro station! Loved it! The view from the room and lounge made it very special!

My husband and I had a terrible 3 night stay at Hyatt Regency Etoile. We stayed 2 nights with Viking adding one night prior on our own. On arrival and after long wait at reception, our room was not ready (understandably) but told we would receive text when ready - we did not. We had a long wait again to get keys and then we were double charged for one night stay. This was later corrected after much conversation and waiting with reception. This hotel needs to streamline their check in process or train reception better. Also it is a long distance from any Paris sights. Some rooms have Eiffel Tower view but for significant upcharge. It is no where near Eiffel Tower. I would NOT recommend this hotel especially for seeing Paris sights.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile. From check-in to check-out, the staff were fantastic: friendly, professional, genuinely service-minded and always welcoming. Everyone we interacted with made a great impression. Our room had an Eiffel Tower view, and it was magical! The huge window really makes the view something special, especially in the evening. The room was clean, comfortable and very well taken care of. I also really appreciated being able to adjust the temperature ourselves. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a huge selection, everything was fresh and delicious, and the madeleines were to die for! We may have eaten far too many of them. :) The gym was also a very pleasant surprise. It was modern, well equipped and a really nice space to work out during the stay. I also loved the scent throughout the hotel. Such a small detail, but it creates a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Overall, a wonderful experience. Beautiful views, great breakfast, comfortable rooms, a modern gym and, most importantly, fantastic people. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Great hotel and location. Easy access to the metro and walkable to many of the sights. The view from the top of the hotel is outstanding.

Great experience, exceeded my expectations. They were accommodating with a last minute request, our room was ready early which I really appreciate after a long travel day, and I loved the Eiffel Tower view.

Stay was for one night and the hotel was chosen for view of Eiffel Tower and dependability of the Hyatt brand. The hotel didn’t disappoint!! 1. The view of the Eiffel Tower was priceless, especially being able to watch the night light show! 2. The service provided by the hotel staff, especially the young lady at the reception desk was personal and exceptional. 3. Breakfast. The selection of entrees was global, paired with a wide variety of juices and desserts made this breakfast one of the best in all my travels!! 4. Room: roomy for Paris, clean and bed very comfortable. Unfortunately the tub was a bit high which made taking a shower (shower head hangs over tub) a bit awkward. Unexpectedly, another one night stay at the hotel was just booked due to a last minute change in itinerary.

Although this neighborhood isn't the most popular for tourism, this Hyatt offers a welcome environment, convenient Metro access and amenities consistent with the Hyatt Regency brand.

Great staff . Location was perfect as its near the metro. We've been coming back to this hotel due to all these. The room we got had a view of the Eiffel Tower which was amazing especially at night. Marianne who check as in gave us complimentary drinks at the Bar on the 24th floor. Also got a bottle of wine in the room as a welcome and anniversary gift from the VIP team.

Good rates, great staff and good location. Ideal for families and business travel as well. Club lounge has super view of Eiffel Tower. .

Did not feel safe. Was given someone else's room key on check-in. A bad experience. As well as the shock of entering an occupied room I did not feel safe or relaxed in my room after I was given a new key to an unoccupied room. The new room wasn't even the same as I'd booked. I'd booked a double bed but given a twin pushed together. It's not the same and wasn't comfortable. Really disappointing stay given the room rates.
