Pet Policy
Your dog is welcome at our pet-friendly hotel in Times Square. There is a $125, non refundable pet fee per stay for up to five nights. For stays six to 30 nights, there is an additional $150 deep-cleaning fee.
We allow one dog per room, at a maximum 45 pounds. Your pet must be crated when left alone in your guest room and must be leashed in all public areas. Only service dogs are allowed in the restaurant.
Destination Fee
A daily destination fee of $45.90 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Smoking Policy
Hyatt Regency Times Square is a nonsmoking hotel. Smoking is only permitted outside the hotel. A cleaning fee of up to $500 per occurrence will be automatically charged for smoking or vaping in guest rooms or any public spaces.
