Hotel Experience & General Information
Guests must be 21 or older to reserve a room at Hyatt Regency Times Square. All guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult. For security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in. The hotel will apply a $150 incidental hold on your credit card at check-in, if there are no charges posted to your room during your stay, this hold will be refunded in 7 to 9 business days depending on your financial institution.
Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card at the time of booking. A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax will be taken two days prior to arrival. If your room is being paid for by a third party, please email nycrt-smb-smbfrontdeskmanager@hyatt.com and we will send over a credit card authorization form.
Your card will not be charged at the time of reservation, but we do charge a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax two days prior to arrival to the card provided at the time of booking. If you use a debit/credit card to check in, a hold will be placed on your card for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of checkout and such. Provided you do not have any room charges or damages, the incidental hold will be released within 5 to 7 business days from the date of checkout or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.
Group reservations are subject to cancellation terms set forth in the Group Sales Agreement. Please email nycrt-sales@hyatt.com with questions regarding group cancellations.

Check-in begins at 3 p.m. and checkout is 11 a.m. Early check-in and late checkouts may be available based on availability and World of Hyatt member status.

We are happy to store your luggage with our bell services while your room is being prepared or following checkout. Please note that overnight storage is not available and luggage can only be held until 8 p.m. on the day of checkout.
Yes, with your name and mention as a guest of the hotel with stay dates. We accept packages that are sent to the hotel, which are stored in our package room. The storage fee is $10 per box.

Daily housekeeping is available. We do not offer customizations to our bedding or guest rooms at this point.
Our guest rooms feature climate control, a 65” HDTV, blackout curtains, complimentary Wi-Fi and a minifridge. Each room includes a garment steamer and hair dryer located in the bathroom drawer beneath the sink, a safe beneath the TV cabinet, two bottled waters and an ice bucket with ice tongs (with ice machines located on every even-numbered floor). Our lobby level features our dining outlet Cue 48 open for breakfast, lunch and dinner options. We do not have coffee makers in our guest rooms.

No, room service is not available. Our Food & Beverage Team at Cue 48 (lobby restaurant) will be delighted to serve you.
Yes, rollaway beds are available for $50 per night and can be accommodated in specific room types.
Housekeeping Services are available daily until 7 p.m. For specific requests, please dial 0 (zero).
No, guest rooms do not have coffee makers. We welcome you to our Lobby restaurant to enjoy freshly brewed coffee and other specialty coffees.

LaGuardia: 9 miles (approximately 40 minutes depending on traffic)

No, the hotel does not provide airport transfers.
Local transportation options within walking distance of the hotel include the MTA/NYC Transit and yellow taxis.
We are within walking distance of Broadway theaters, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, Fifth Avenue shopping outlets, Central Park, the Garment District, the fashion industry and many other iconic attractions.
We do not offer rental cars or bicycle services. Nearby locations, not affiliated with the hotel, offer such services.
Yes, we offer valet parking which is currently $99 plus tax for sedans and $110 plus tax for larger SUVs, for up to 24 hours per night of reservation, with no in/out privileges.
No, there are no EV charges on site.
Hotel Facilities
No, the hotel does not have a spa.
Walk-ins are welcome. However on special holidays, prior reservations are required for Cue 48 through Open Table: Make a reservation.
No, the hotel does not have a pool.
No, Hyatt Regency Times Square does not have a Regency Club or Club Lounge.
No. Our restaurant Cue 48, located in the lobby, instead serves a New York-style deli breakfast from 6:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. daily.
WiFi & Digital
Basic Wi-Fi is included with your stay. A premium service is available for $29.99.
Yes, all TVs are smart TVs and will soon begin to offer streaming services.
Yes, digital check-in and digital keys are available.
Families & Groups
The hotel offers connecting rooms, subject to availability. We have a limited number of King Rooms which connect to a Double Queen Room, which can accommodate a combined total of six guests. Our Presidential Suite has a corridor connector to a King Room, which can accommodate a combined total of four guests. If you require a connecting room, please note at the time of booking to ensure availability. We cannot guarantee connecting rooms without advance notice.
With advance request, we can accommodate Pack N’ Plays for children. This is not guaranteed and subject to availability.

Pets
We welcome pets to stay with you at the hotel. A nonrefundable fee of $125 applies for stays up to five nights. For stays of six to 30 nights, an additional $150 deep-cleaning fee is required. We allow one pet per room with a maximum weight of 45 pounds. Pets must be crated when left alone in the room and leashed in all public areas. Only service dogs are permitted in the restaurant. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to the pet policy.
Additionally, guests will be held liable for any physical damage caused by their pet, whether in guest rooms or in public areas of Hyatt Regency Times Square. Please note the following:
- Guests are prohibited from allowing their pets to loiter in the hotel’s public areas, including the areas where food is prepared and consumed, and the fitness center.
- Pets must be attached to a leash at all times that the pet is outside of the guest room.
- Pets are not permitted to be left in guest rooms unattended.
- Guests must be present in the room in order to receive housekeeping service and the pet must be on a leash during these times. If the pet is left unattended, housekeeping service will not be provided.
- Should a pet be the cause of any guest complaints, the hotel reserves the right to charge an additional $250 disturbance fee per occurrence.
- Pets must be under 45 pounds. We do not accept cats.
- Guests will be required to sign a pet waiver form upon arrival.

Accessibility
The hotel offers a range of accessible features on-site, including wheelchair-accessible guest rooms, elevators, accessible entrances and roll-in showers.
Service animals are welcome at the hotel, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act. We do not permit pets in the lounge/restaurant.
Booking & Policies
Rooms must be cancelled 48 hours prior to check-in, so 4 p.m. EST (two days prior to arrival) to avoid a cancellation charge equal to one night’s room and tax. Other cancellation policies may apply to special promotions or rates, so please check your confirmation letter.
