Celebrate in our elegant 6,720-square-foot Plaza Ballroom with a sophisticated casual ambiance and a private arbor area with lush landscaping and a fountain. This room can accommodate 800 in a theater set-up, stage a banquet for 600, or host a reception for up to 1,000 guests.

Located outside of the Terrace Room, the Oasis Court offers an ideal venue for receptions or break out meetings. Enjoy beautiful gardens, creative setups, and innovative catering for your one-of-a-kind gathering.

This 3,192-square-foot room is the ideal location for everything from large breakouts and trainings to receptions. Offering views of our gardens and the Back Bay, as well as a small pre-function space, the Terrace Promenade, this venue is the perfect setting for corporate events or weddings for up to 300.

Adjacent to The Garden are Garden Rooms I and II. Garden Room I offers 2,070 square feet for mid-sized Newport Beach events, can accommodate up to 190 guests for a reception and includes a fireplace. Garden Room II offers 1,380 square feet of space and can accommodate up to 100 guests for a reception.

The Pacific Room is the perfect venue for a Newport Beach meeting or celebration, offering an indoor seating area and an expansive outdoor patio complete with a gas fire pit and strung patio lights.

Adjacent to the Palm Room, the 2,204-square-foot Patio Room venue can accommodate 100 for formal dining and 150 for a reception.

Choose one of these 528-square-foot meeting rooms for break-outs, coffee breaks and smaller meetings. Illuminated by plenty of natural Newport Beach light, the Ocean, Lagoon, Surf, Beach and Harbor Rooms are ideal for a classroom layout of 30, a theater-style arrangement for 60 or a reception for up to 50 guests.

The 528-square-foot Lido Room is a perfect venue for seminars, smaller meetings, and break-out sessions for up to 55 guests. The impressive French doors in the Lido Room allow your guests to enjoy plenty of natural light and fresh air.

The Palm Room is perfect for small meetings of groups of 24 to 50 people. At 450 square feet, it can accommodate groups for receptions, banquets and theater and classroom style setups. Take advantage of the adjacent patio for pre-function meet and greets, and soak up the abundant natural light that streams through the room’s French windows. The ideal venue for a board meeting or corporate event in Newport Beach, the Palm Room is equipped with a white board and countertop for productive gatherings.

This expansive boardroom offers welcoming, residential styling with warm, polished woods and high back leather chairs for seating up to 12. French windows bathe the room in natural light for a soothing atmosphere. Custom catering is also available.
