The hotel is located next to two modes of public transportation that go to Downtown NYC. Transportation runs seven days a week.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available based on availability—please inquire at the front desk.
Policies vary by rate plan. Most reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Please confirm during booking.

Parking, Travel & Transportation
The hotel offers offsite valet and self-parking through LAZ parking, the parking garage is just a five-minute walk away. Please note in and out services are not permitted.
The Newark Liberty International Airport is just 11 miles away from the hotel while LaGuardia is 18 miles from the Hyatt’s location.
The PATH Train is just outside of the hotels entrance and runs Monday through Sunday 24 hours to the World Trade Center. There is also a Ferry that is a short walk that runs to and from the World Trade Center and Mid-Town West the ferry runs weekdays 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. and 10 a.m to 9 p.m. on weekends.

Booking & Policies
You must be 18 to check in to your room. Please have a photo identification and credit card ready at the front desk.
During arrival, the hotel will authorize room and tax charges, as well as an additional $100 per night for any incidentals placed on the guest room. These authorizations post to your account as a pending transaction. Unused funds are released after departure and are typically available within three to five business days. If using a debit card, the authorization will appear as a withdrawal on the account at the time of check-in.
