Great spot for work & vacation
The staff here is impeccable and the property is super tidy. We loved it. There were no issues because they anticipated, asked and solved for any questions that I had.
Coconut Palm
Beutiful resort and excellent views. Feels like a tropical island. Very clean and well maintaied modern facilities. Highly recommend place to bring family.
Nice common areas, but lackluster experience
First the good. The pools are nice and the common areas are well maintained. Unfortunately, the unavailability of amenities and poor staff experience made this a less-than-stellar experience. There was no beach shuttle available on any of the mornings we were there except our checkout day (which they also weren't even able to accommodate elite status late checkout to help us go to the beach), so out of three days we were only able to spend an hour at the beach. We were also charged $150 for a breakfast we didn't have (were off-site that day) that we wouldn't have seen if we didn't ask to see an itemized bill before checkout. Staff was then extremely rude and dismissive about fixing the charge as well. Food was also pretty mediocre.

Gorgeous hotel
I have stayed at many Hyatt properties; this is one of my favorites. It is a stunning hotel. The food options onsite were great and the staff was wonderful.

Short Stay experience
Upgraded room was appreciated, but surprised to find stained linens/sheet. Food and hospitality was excellent. Also enjoyed outdoor activities.

Second time, second good experience
super nice hotel... staff is amazing, pool is great, food is also great. The staff makes a difference. Attention and courtesy are always welcome and this team exceed it.

Best Resort for Families
We’ve been coming to the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point for years, and it continues to be one of my favorite places in Southwest Florida. I first started staying here with my kids when visiting my dad, who lives nearby, and now I get to experience it all over again with my grandkids. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Southwest Florida for families with kids. The three acre water area is incredible, with four pools, five waterslides and a lazy river. The kids can stay entertained for hours, which makes it just as enjoyable for the adults. There is truly so much for families to do without ever having to leave the resort. After so many visits over the years, we still look forward to coming back. Such a special resort for our family and one we’ll continue returning to whenever we’re visiting my dad.

Wonder Experience
My wife and I had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point. The resort is clean, relaxing, and packed with great amenities, especially the pools and lazy river, which made it easy to unwind. A special shoutout to Megan, the front desk manager, who set the tone with her warm, attentive service, and Myciel, the bartender, whose energy and hospitality made every visit to the bar better. Beautiful property, great people, and an overall smooth, memorable experience.

Top Notch!
This resort is top notch! The entire property is meticulously cared for and the rooms are quiet and very comfortable. We love being able to go to the private island beach for the day or hang out at beautiful pools!

Hyatt Coconut Point
Best hotel resort stay I have had in a LONG time! Pools were clean and not overcrowded, boat to private beach was highlight of the trip! Food was delicious, staff was friendly and always asking what you needed and how they could help. Definitely will be returning

Great experience! Wish I stayed longer!
The rooms were spacious, well appointed with a calming decor. The facility was beautiful everywhere you went both inside and out. The staff that worked our event was exceptional. They were friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The food for every meal was delicious! I wish I had time to experience the private island and other amenities. My colleagues that were able to go to the island raved about it. I’ve already told friends about this resort and hope to return soon!

Made to feel special and appreciated by support staff.
My wife and I were able to enjoy a few moments in the lazy river. We were able to decompress and enjoy a few rounds with zero stress. It was also awesome to request my valet parked car on my phone from the room, have it waiting for us as we exited the hotel. This was our first time at this venue but the valet recognized me by sight and addressed my by name. Nothing compares to being recognized and addressed by your name on the first time visiting a property.

Best experience ever!
This property is amazing. From the moment I arrived to departure, the entire staff could not have been more helpful, each and every team member went above and beyond. The food was delicious, breakfast, lunch and dinner....all were fabulous and there was nothing else I could have asked for. The desserts, well I couldn't resist! Unfortunately, they were too good!

Business Stay
The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point is a fantastic hotel in many ways. Great pools, great food, extremely nice bar tenders and coffee shop workers. Check in was spot on with professional staff. Felt very relaxed during my stay. Shops could stay open later would be my only constructive criticism.
