Resort Fee
A daily resort fee of $45.00 is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Nonsmoking Policy
All resort rooms are nonsmoking rooms. There is a $250 cleaning fee should smoking take place within the room. We have designated smoking areas throughout the resort. Please visit the front desk or call us at +1 239 444 1234 for more information.
Pet Policy
We are happy to welcome your traveling canine companions. Please inform the hotel at least three days before arrival that you’ll have a dog (or dogs) staying with you.
Fees:
One to six nights: $175 per stay
Seven to 30 nights: an additional $175 deep cleaning fee
30 or more nights: a price will be determined at the resort’s discretion
Weight Limits:
Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under or two dogs under a combined weight of 75 pounds are permitted.

Spa Policies
Appointments
Reservations are recommended, walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Guests must be 18 years of age to access the spa’s locker facilities that include steam and sauna. A legal guardian must accompany guests from 13 to 17 years old, who wish to receive certain spa services, which will occur in a supervised setting of the couple’s room. Certain body services are not available for guests in the first trimester of pregnancy. A 5% service charge is added to all services. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Arrival
We recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Consult a physician if you suffer from any medical condition prior to using the steam room or sauna. Please note all treatments end on time, regardless of the start time. Please let your therapist know of any health concerns, as some of our treatments have contra indications.
Cancellation
Changes and cancellations are accepted 12 hours prior to the appointment without penalty of payment in full. All no-shows and late cancellations are charged for the full value of services booked.
Spa environment
To preserve the Spa’s tranquility, we require that you leave cell phones turned off. Smoking is not permitted in the Spa or fitness areas. Stillwater Spa may provide limited quantities of wine or champagne to guests age 21 and older. ID will be required to verify age. Stillwater reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest.
What to wear
Locker, robe, slippers, towels and amenities are provided. Please leave jewelry and other valuables securely in your in-room safe. We are not responsible for personal belongings. The minerals in our water treatments may discolor chemically treated hair, jewelry, and white bathing suits. Appropriate garments are supplied for certain treatments. A swimsuit is required to enjoy the amenities.
