Destination Fee

A daily destination fee of $25.00 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

• Daily $15 Dining Credit valid at any of our Restaurants and Lounges (excluding Starbucks and Lagniappe)
• Daily Premium Internet
• Bottled Water at check-in
• 2 Welcome Beverages (Beer or Wine)
• $15 Joieful Gift Card (please see the Concierge on Level 1 by the Front Desk for more information)
• 2 Jazzy Passes – Daily Street Car (per stay)

Firearms Policy

No firearms allowed.

Pet Policy

We are happy to welcome your traveling canine companions at our downtown New Orleans hotel.

Fees & Conditions (no fee for service animals):

Up to six nights: $100 per stay

Seven to 30 nights: $100 additional deep cleaning fee

Weight Limits

One dog: 50 lbs or less

Two dogs: 75 lbs or less total

Please let us know at least three days in advance of your stay if your pet(s) will be joining us. We ask that during your stay you keep your pets a safe distance from other pets and guests.
