Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available based on availability and World of Hyatt membership status. Please contact the hotel in advance to confirm.
Yes. Complimentary luggage storage is available at the Bell Desk on the Lobby Level before check-in or after check-out.
Yes. Enjoy one of New Orleans’ best breakfast buffets at 8 Block Kitchen & Bar, featuring local favorites like biscuits and gravy, crawfish Julie sauce, stone-ground grits, and empanadas. (Breakfast is not included with room rates.)

Parking, Travel & Transportation
Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is the closest major airport.
The hotel does not provide a shuttle, but taxis, rideshare options (Uber/Lyft), public transit, and private car services are readily available.
Valet parking is available at the hotel’s main entrance (daily rates apply). While the hotel does not offer self-parking, two self-parking garages adjacent to the property provide direct access to the hotel.

Yes. Connecting rooms and suites are available upon request and must be reserved in advance to ensure availability.

Reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid a one-night room and tax charge. Advance purchase rates are nonrefundable.
