The Urbana Private Dining Room
Located off the main Urbana dining area the Private Dining room offers a space for your group to relax for a meal away. Invite up to 20 guests for a reception in this cozy venue. Stone Arch Room
The Stone Arch room comfortably seats 150 attendees at round tables, featuring 1,612 square feet of divisible meeting space with state of the are audio visual equipment. Suitable for training meetings, breakout rooms, brainstorming sessions and small private dinners. Onsite A/V experts and a full-service business center ensure that your event has all the tools your need for success.
Central Station Grand Ballroom
The Central Station Grand Ballroom five sections are ideal setting for corporate meetings as well as elaborate weddings and other social events. The Ballroom seats up to 300 for dinner. Our catering team will expertly assist in customizing your menus to suit to most discerning palate. Onsite A/V experts and a full-service business center ensure that your event has all the tools your need for success.
Seating Arrangements and Room Setup
Your wedding specialist will create a custom seating plan to meet your needs. The dance floor, risers, lighting and any other custom design and technology enhancements can be arranged as you like.
Hyatt Regency Bloomington – Minneapolis can create a ceremony room or outdoor setting of your preference.
Order Of Events
From start to finish, your wedding specialist will ensure every detail of your special day is exactly as you’ve dreamed.
Self-parking is $10, per day. Valet parking is not offered at our hotel.
A final guest count is required three business days prior to the event; it is your guarantee and may not be lowered. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
World Of Hyatt
World of Hyatt points are awarded for food and beverage purchased for your wedding at our hotel. Earn one point for every dollar spent on food, beverage and event venue rental (up to 50,000 points).
A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to hold the ballroom on a definite basis. Your event or reception will be considered tentative until a signed contract of agreement and the deposit is received.
