Liability for Contents
As service providers, we are liable for own contents of these websites according to Sec. 7, paragraph 1 German Telemedia Act (TMG). However, according to Sec. 8 to 10 German Telemedia Act (TMG), service providers are not obligated to permanently monitor submitted or stored information or to search for evidence that indicate illegal activities.
Legal obligations to remove information or to block the use of information remain unchallenged. In this case, liability is only possible at the time of knowledge about a specific violation of law. Illegal contents will be removed immediately at the time we get knowledge of them.
Liability for Links
Our offer includes links to external third-party websites. We have no influence on the contents of those websites, therefore we cannot guarantee for those contents. Providers or administrators of linked websites are always responsible for their own contents.
The linked websites had been checked for possible violations of law at the time the link was established. Illegal contents were not detected at the time of the linking. A permanent monitoring of the contents of linked websites cannot be imposed without reasonable indications that there has been a violation of law. Illegal links will be removed immediately at the time we get knowledge of them.
Children Accommodation
Children Accommodation
Children under age 12 stay for free in their parents’ room. We are happy to provide a baby bed or an extra bed for children under 12. An extra bed for adults will be charged at €35 per night. Please note that extra beds can only be provided in the Club Deluxe King room category.
For a second room for children under age 12, we can offer, depending on availability, a family rebate of 50%.
Our Very Important Baby (VIB) service is free, and we provide a crib and body-care products for babies on arrival. Our rooms have childproof sockets and night lights. Our little guests will also receive a welcome gift on arrival.
We also have the following available on request:
- Baby food
- Children’s bathrobe and slippers for older children
- Babysitting service (requires advance notice)
Food and beverage
Breakfast for children under 6 years old is complimentary. Breakfast price for children 6–12 is €17 per person. For buffet and brunch, we charge 50% of the standard price. We offer a special kids menu and have children’s dishes, highchairs and coloring books available at our restaurants.
Spa and Fitness
In the spa area, children under 16 are permitted only under the supervision of their parents. Swim diapers and children’s bathrobes are available on request. The fitness area can only be used by persons age 18 or above.
Smoking
We are a nonsmoking hotel. Please note that we will charge an additional cleaning fee of €100 for smoking in our hotel rooms.
Pet Policy
For your dog’s stay in our hotel, we charge a fee of €35 per night. We allow one dog, but we may be able to accommodate a second, depending on the size. Please contact the hotel for more information.
Dogs must be kept on a leash anywhere in the hotel at all times. Dogs are not allowed in the spa and fitness areas or in the Regency Club.
We are happy to offer you our free Very Important Dog (VID) service:
- Dog biscuit to welcome your companion to the room
- Cosy dog bed for the night
- Dog bowl for an appropriate meal
- Map for your daily walks (available at the front office)
