Hotel Policies
Pet Policy
- Service dogs are always welcome at no charge.
- Pets must be supervised at all times and must be on a leash in any of our public places, including dining and drinking areas.
- For your pet's safety, we require pets not to be left unattended in the guest rooms.
- Any damage incurred to the room by the pet is the responsibility of the guest.
VAT Policy
- Rates are inclusive of the current UK hospitality rate of VAT (value added tax).
Accommodation Service Charge Policy
- Please note, a discretionary service charge of 5% will be added to your accommodation bill.
Rooms Policy
- Any guest 13 years of age or older will be considered an adult and is subject to adult pricing.
- Rollaway beds are provided upon request, subject to availability and an extra charge will apply.
