Pet Policy

At Hyatt Regency Houston West, we believe pets are part of the family—and we’re excited to welcome your four-legged companions into our hotel. Our dog-friendly property will be waiting with a warm greeting and a special treat for your pup. 

One dog per room is welcome (up to 55 lbs).

• A $65 pet fee applies for stays of 1–4 nights.
• A $120 pet fee applies for stays of 5 nights or more.
• Service animals are always welcome—no fees, no limits.

A handling fee will apply to each package received. Shipments are held for a limited number of days; if not picked up after 30 days, they will be returned to sender, who will be responsible for all additional shipping fees.
