Woodbine I Opt for this smaller 486-square-foot section to host up to 38 guests in theater seating or 24 guests in banquet rounds. Woodbine II This 610-square-foot section has a theater capacity of 46 and banquet capacity of 32.

Spanning 782 square feet, this meeting room has space for 70 guests in theater seating or 60 in banquet rounds. Divide the Gulf Coast space and meet in this 340-square-foot section, with theater capacity of 25 and banquet capacity of 16. The larger 442-square-foot section of the Gulf Coast venue seats 70 guests in theater configuration or 24 in banquet rounds.

Reserve this 800-square-foot event space for meetings and parties with up to 68 guests in theater seating or 40 in banquet rounds. Use this 598-square-foot space for smaller events with up to 46 guests (theater seating) or 32 guests in banquet rounds. Divide the Cotton Valley space into two 299-square-foot rooms, each seating 22 guests in theater configuration or 16 in banquet rounds. You can divide this meeting space farther to accommodate a small group in the 299-square-foot space, which hosts up to 22 guests in theater seating or 16 in banquet rounds.
