A specialty restaurant where guests can enjoy creative Italian cuisine that crosses over with French techniques, using seasonal ingredients carefully selected from all over the world, including Yokohama. The restaurant’s interior design is inspired by the good old townscape of Yokohama, featuring red bricks and gazebo-style layout.

Lunch Course
Milano | Grill offers two types of lunch courses featuring fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables as well as a Japanese beef sirloin for main course.
The “SERENO” 4-course menu features a main dish of roasted Japanese beef sirloin, which is cooked at a low temperature to accentuate the flavor and juiciness of the meat.
"MARE" 5-course menu features fresh seafood, seasonal vegetables and grilled Japanese beef sirloin for the main course.

Dinner Course
The courses, which changes seasonally, are all very attractive the most notable of which is "MILANO".
There are a total of 3 course menus that change with the seasons, "GALLARIA" and "SCALA", which allow you to fully enjoy the seasons, and the premium "MILANO", which is a fusion of classical French styles.
Also at dinner time, we focus on A5-rank Wagyu beef "Saga Beef" and serve it as the main dish for each course. Our Live kitchen present the dishes right in front of your eyes, creating a realistic atmosphere that is worthy of being called art.
Private Room
A private room hidden behind the wine cellar. The room is along the street, and the natural light coming in from the windows on two sides creates a calm and bright atmosphere. It is also possible to make it a completely private space by closing the shades. It can be used for a variety of purposes, such as gatherings with family and friends, and business dinners.

The Market is a pastry shop offering a variety of baked items, including the hotel-made bread, "nikin," freshly baked every day, and cakes carefully crafted one by one by our pastry chefs, as well as other items selected from all over the country.
