The contemporary Trustees Boardroom can accommodate up to 12 attendees, spanning 416 square feet, while being located on the lobby level.

Robin’s Island is a total of 864 square feet and can easily accommodate up to 80 reception guests, be used as a boardroom, or even for breakout sessions. This room is located across from the Grand Ballroom.

Located near Gardiner’s, Fisher’s and Fire Island meeting rooms, this 874 square foot room can accommodate up to 90 people.

Located on the lobby level, Wind Watch is perfect for your next small to mid-size banquet affair, or large presentation.

Available in a variety of arrangements, these meeting rooms range in size from 500–617 square feet, accommodating gatherings of 14 guests and up to 150 attendees.

This two-story, light-filled atrium with stunning views of the hotel’s lush gardens and lawns leads to an expansive outdoor venue for a combined 3,000 square feet, set against a wooded backdrop for classic Long Island receptions.
