Pricing and Guarantees
All food and beverage charges listed with the Hyatt Regency Long Island wedding package are subject to current taxes and service charges. A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required with the signed contract. Your final balance is due 10 business days prior to your wedding.
A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
Pet Policy:
This hotel does not allow pets except for service animals.
