  • Comfortable stay

The Hotel met all my needs while on business. Most importantly the room was perfect and afforded me a wonderful sleep. The staff was very attentive and professional.

  • Disappointing

Very disappointing. Very difficult and inaccessible for anyone with even a minimal handicap. The hotel had a huge conference there and only one barely working elevator and very little staff to assist you.

  • Elevator sounded like a whale

If you fix the elevator, it could have been a nicer experience. It sounded like a whale looking for its mate. I could say more, but they needed 100 characters to post. I think everyone gets the idea.

  • Nice location - but front desk over all rude - room was clean and stay was OK - very loud AC - elevator was very loud to

Front desk person was rude at check in - wasn’t friendly or welcoming. Hotel only had 1 elevator working and it sounded like it was going to die at any moment. AC extremely loud in room.

  • Not worth the money

Do not be fooled by the 4 star rating, this is a two star hotel at best. No working elevators for a 10 floor hotel on a busy summer weekend with multiple weddings. No pool towels at both pools on a summer weekend. Overpriced breakfast buffet that was just average. Staff that honestly could not care less about guest satisfaction. You are better off at the Hampton Inn down the street, don’t waste your money here.

  • Horrible Elevators

The only reason for the low score is because of the elevators. One out of three elevators worked, and then one out of two of the service elevators worked. This is not a new issue at this hotel. Also now ice machines in the entire hotel.

  • Hoped for much better

Really disappointing. First 2 out of 3 public elevators did t work. The one that did had a sign saying a maximum of 6 allowed so rarely could use it unless I wanted to wait a really long time—like 30 minutes! Water pressure low. Was there for a convention so catered meals but nothing was labeled and trying to get answers for food allergies was tough. Also food lacked taste—really bland. Desk staff didn’t seem to know what to do with the tax exempt form so had to return after check out to get the tax off. Fire detection system was being replaced so not sure it was even working. Lastly, room climate control was way off and room was warm. Definitely hesitant to recommend. Maybe it will be somewhat better when elevators are working 🤷🏼‍♂️?

  • One night home away from home

Thoroughly enjoyed this hidden gem in Happauge. Our Saturday night stay was flawless. Our fourth floor room facing north, I believe, was fantastic. We arrived late but in the morning when we opened the curtains, we were greeted with the most spectacular view. Trees and blue sky with the Northport white stacks in the far distance. The quietest hotel stay ever. Very comfortable bed. Professional checkin and checkout staff at front desk. Will be back!

  • 5 star price, motel 6 experience...

Way past its prime... I am sure this hotel used to be somewhere we people wanted to stay... But since no investment has been made to maintain the building, it has become a terrible place to stay.
