Wonderful stay at Hyatt regency Guam , friendly and helpful staff .suite was specious and bed very comfortable and nicely renovated . .. Wonderful wine dinner at Al Dente .....

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and it was truly a perfect experience from start to finish. At check-in, Katherine Aguon welcomed us warmly and even remembered us from our wedding event last year, which made us feel so special. She was professional, kind, and accommodating, and she graciously arranged a late checkout for us. Special thanks also go to Kimmy from the Guest Services team. We had trouble connecting our laptop to the TV with our own cable, and she not only sent IT staff to assist but also followed up with a solution. Within minutes, she had an adapter and HDMI cable delivered to our room, which worked perfectly and allowed us to enjoy movies on the large TV. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even better. Dining at Cafe Kitchen was consistently excellent. On our first breakfast, Rose provided wonderful service and made sure we were well taken care of. For our anniversary dinner, Riza recommended the family meal, which was absolutely delicious and came with a variety of dishes. She was kind, cheerful, and attentive throughout our evening, making it a memorable celebration. On our second breakfast, Myra and Jan gave us great service as well, being both friendly and attentive. We also had the pleasure of running into Gabby (Maria Gabriella Hizon) a few times in the lobby and at breakfast. She greeted us warmly and took the time to chat, which was such a kind gesture and added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, our anniversary staycation at Hyatt Regency was fun, memorable, and worth every moment. It was especially meaningful to celebrate at the same place where we were married. The staff made our weekend extra special with their outstanding service, and we are already looking forward to coming back.

Great hotel with the extra amenities. The room was clean and bathroom was spa like. Appreciate the extra details like the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. View from room was awesome and the hotel was family friendly and great for families with small kids. They had a coloring station for kids at the lobby and a bird showcase at the lobby as well. Also had water for anyone who was thirsty. Overall really great hotel with little details that are greatly appreciated. They really try to make the guests comfortable.

From the concierge to the café restaurant, their services are excellent.Especially Lorna from the Cafe Restaurant, we told her that our check in is until 2pm and we got the early flight from Manila, she really accommodated us in the café ensure that we enjoy our breakfast while waiting for our check in. She gave us some places to visit in Guam, She ensure that while we're waiting for our room we are rested in table at the restaurant...Truly her customer service is excellent in Hyatt Regency Guam..

The ocean view from my hotel room was gorgeous. The sunset was spectacular. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There were a variety of restaurants in the hotel. However, other eateries were close by and short walking distance.

I appreciate the upgrade and early check in. The view from the room was spectacular especially during sunset. However, the Guest Parking area was pretty dark.

Perfect Hotel... has all the amenities you need. All the restaurants in this resort are top tier. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is built so that every room has a view of the sunset or ocean.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Guam, starting with a warm welcome from Ms. Katherine at the front desk. Her excellent service made us feel special right away. The hotel is impressive, and she truly made a difference. We loved spending time in the Club Lounge on the 12th floor, enjoying tasty food and a relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the food at the Cake Kitchen was delicious. As World of Hyatt Loyalty members, we appreciated the welcome wine, and the birthday cake for my daughter was a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Doesn't deserve 5stars. Outdated, ugly rooms. Dirty. Restaurant closes at 9pm or 10pm. Room service also. Staff was amazing.

The distance to get here is alot but once you arrive you dont want to leave...It is definitely an underrated island I would say better than Hawaii
