The Grand Ballroom offers 6,720 square feet of function space and is suitable for cocktail parties for up to 1,200 guests and for up to 450 guests at a seated banquet. This flexible function area can be divided into three individual rooms, each comprising 2,240 square feet, enabling conference and celebration planners to use the Grand Ballroom's superb facilities for smaller groups. With the added facility of a pre-function area located directly outside the Grand Ballroom, as well as access to an outdoor courtyard, this venue is suitable for business conferences, wedding receptions, galas and themed parties for groups large and small.

This breezy yet covered wooden deck is a gorgeous outdoor venue. Located amidst the lush setting of the poolside garden, the Seaside Deck sits on the beachside edge, offering unobstructed views of Tumon Bay and Guam’s amazing sunsets. Elegant white pitch tents and outdoor ceiling fans ensure guests are comfortable at any time of the day. This venue is suitable for up to 100 guests.
Santa Rosa and Santa Rita Function Rooms

Located on the mezzanine level, Santa Rosa and Santa Rita can be combined to host cocktail receptions for up to 100 people, and seated conferences for 60-80. Both rooms are divisible and make ideal breakout rooms or venues for a small banquet of 40 or a seminar for 100 people.
