The glass roof — over four-meters high — provides a palatial feeling with natural daylight; it’s ideal to implement your special event ideas. For smaller events, the ballroom can be divided into two equally large rooms. The modern and timeless design combines high-quality materials with classic furnishings. With the unique hydraulic staircase, you will add a dramatic flourish to your event. As a separate entrance to the ballroom, the hydraulic staircase sets a spectacular scene for productions or product and car presentations. Whether it is a seminar, wedding or festive gala dinner, you’ll have the perfect backdrop to determine the character of your event.

At the peninsula end of the hotel, next to the DOX Restaurant & Bar, there are two private dining rooms with an exceptional view of the Rhine River and the old town. Both River Salon rooms, each 66-square meters, can be used separately or combined to one big room, offering dinner seating for up to 80 persons. Diners also have access to an adjacent, private outdoor terrace, perfect for a pre-dinner reception. Our three meeting rooms I-III, from 40 to 60 square meters, are ideal for small to medium-sized meetings. Combine two or all three rooms and enjoy the floor-to-ceiling view of the wonderful Rhine River. The flexible room concept offers sufficient possibilities to implement creative event ideas.

We promise culinary delights. At DOX Restaurant you can dine exclusively at the Chef's Table with a skyline view or away from regular restaurant service in the Private Dining Room. The Chef's Table is located directly in front of the open show kitchen and offers up to 20 guests two exciting views from the long marble table. The separate Private Dining Room is ideal for family dinners or business lunches for up to 14 people and impresses with its extravagant Art Deco interior. Café D is a café during the day and an exclusive venue for events in a relaxed atmosphere in the evening. Perfect for Christmas parties, business events or birthday parties for young and old.
