The breakfast buffet is the best ever! The room was well maintained. Very helpful staff. Elevators responded promptly.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel, its staff, and the food and drinks were! If I wanted or needed an airport stay again, I would definitely stay there again!!

Nice place close to the airport. You can't get food delivered easily. I would recommend not opting for airport view, since the jets are loud on takeoff and landings all night. Food at the hotel was good but expensive.

I went to the New Minster Conference with the New Apostolic church. The buffet food was exceptional and they had a Mexican food night as well. Friendly staff all around,

I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making the entire experience enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The location was also extremely convenient, especially being so close to the airport. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommend

The hotel is very easy to walk to if you have limited baggage. Food options are available within the hotel. Easy to access the conference facilities from within the hotel. Grapevine is accessible by a shuttle from hotel. Rooms are clean and well kept.

Nice hotel, but service has dropped substantially over the last 5-7 years. It’s the little things they don’t do—having enough towels based on room occupancy, providing a rollaway when requested, having bell captains available to store luggage until your room is ready…. Overall very nice place. But they no longer pay attention to the details like they used to.

My wife and I stayed here for the convenience of the hotel being right at the airport. We called the number for the hotel and were given a great rate. So we quickly made our way to the front desk where we’re told they don’t know who gave us the rate and in fact it would be more than twice the quoted rate. At this point the manager helps out and gets us a rate close to what we were quoted and also offered a complimentary breakfast for us. Fast forward to later the next day and we get a revised invoice for a higher rate and we were charged for the breakfast. By this time we’re on our flight home. Nice touch! Needless to say I would have a hard time recommending this hotel. Sorry.

Arrived vary early for business meeting due to flight availability. They let me check in early as soon as I got there. Great service and comfortable stay.

First time guest at this property, mainly due to it being on airport grounds and its participation in the AAdvantage Hotels program. Was very impressed with the experience from start to finish!

Everything was great from the cleanliness of my guest room to the banquet staff and food to the front desk, restaurant staff & guest services.

Exceptional overnight stay while at the airport. They provide clear instructions on how to get your shuttle. The wait time may have been a bit longer than I liked but it was adequate. The driver was very friendly and helpful, Check in time is excellent along with the staff. What was a great surprise was the restaurant -servers were friendly and we ordered the nachos and just hit the spot.

Very expensive for what you get. You are mainly paying for convenience. Of the 2 airport hotels this may be the best option.

Kiara was our AV specialist during our large conference last week, and she demonstrated incredible dedication, professionalism, and care throughout the entire event. Even when schedule changes required her to stay until 11:30 p.m., she remained positive, flexible, and fully committed to supporting the team. While many would have been frustrated by such an unexpected extension, Kiara responded with enthusiasm and understanding, reminding us how important the event was. She was a true professional and quickly felt like an extension of our team. Thank you, Kiara, for taking such great care of our event and our people. We truly appreciate you and the lasting impact you made on our experience.

Everything about our stay was amazing! Breakfast was incredible and staff was great. We went to the wrong hotel and they quickly got us a shuttle to the correct hyatt. We were then upgraded rooms and given free breakfast!

I thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of my stay at the Airport Hyatt Regency DFW. I suppose I would encourage Hyatt to more carefully explain where to catch the shuttle when arriving at the airport. I was told, for example, Gate X (don't remember the actual gate #). Gate X had no purple sign. Hyatt should simply tell people to go outside the baggage area to catch the shuttle. It is clearly confusing not only to me, but also to others that I observed.

Plus? We were there on an FNA while transiting from home in HI o vacation in PDC Mexico. We arrived at 11 at night. Staff was awesome, friendly and helpful. Con? Shuttle back to airport was awesome. Shuttle to hotel never showed. Another hotel's shuttle dropped us off.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Regency DFW. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and I especially appreciated the warm welcome I received in recognition of my early birthday. The complimentary breakfast was a thoughtful gesture and made the stay feel especially appreciated. The hotel’s location inside DFW Airport is convenient for travelers, although navigating the airport property and parking area can take a little getting used to. One area that could be improved is the elevator signage and call-button arrangement. Two of the elevators are connected to the side elevator area, while the remaining elevator call buttons are located separately. This can be a little confusing for guests who are unfamiliar with the layout. It would be helpful to add clearer signage explaining which call buttons correspond to which elevators. Additionally, the floor indicator inside the older elevators does not appear to work while the elevator is traveling between floors. Repairing or updating this indicator would help guests know where they are during the ride and improve the overall experience. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the hospitality. With a few improvements to the elevator wayfinding and indicators, the experience could be even better.
