I had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt twice, once on my arrival in Dar es Salaam and then at the end of my three weeks of travel in Tanzania. The lovely woman who checked me in on my return remembered me from my earlier stay. She even upgraded me to a suite, which was beautiful! I ate breakfast twice at the Palm. The food was excellent and the service superior. I also ate dinner and lunch at The Palm and it was perfection both times. I highly recommend this hotel and the exceptional staff.
