Pet Policy

Adventures are better with your four-legged companion—especially when you stay at a pet-friendly hotel. With thoughtful touches and a welcoming atmosphere, your furry friend will feel right at home while you both enjoy everything downtown Cincinnati and beyond has to offer.

Fee Breakdown:

Up to 4 nights at $75/ 1 stay. Nights 5 through 7 are an additional $125/ 1 stay. A non-refundable fee of $75 will be charged for having a dog in your room for up to 4 nights. For stays of 5-7 nights, a fee of $125 will apply. Additional days after 7 nights will incur charges at the hotel's discretion, along with potential additional cleaning fees.Maximum number of pets 1Maximum weight of pet 60 pounds

Restrictions Breakdown:

 

All pets must be registered at the front desk upon check-in. A fee will be applied for pets that are not registered.A dog bed will be provided for your pet's stay. Please note that this is hotel property, and a charge of $150 will be applied if it is missing after checkout.Dogs are not allowed in the hotel's restaurant, market, pool, fitness center, or any banquet event spaces. Please ensure that your dog is on a leash and under your control at all times.

To respect other hotel guests, your dog must be settled for sleep by 9:00 PM. You are required to provide a cell phone number at check-in in case we need to contact you regarding an emergency or a noise issue. We reserve the right to ask that a pet be removed from the property if excessive barking or noise disturbs other guests. All dogs must be housebroken, and you are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. At check-in, our front desk agent will issue a pet door hanger. This hanger must be displayed on your door handle at all times to inform staff that a dog is present in the room.

Please contact the Housekeeping Department at extension 0 to schedule a time for daily service. Housekeeping is available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. If you do not contact us, your room will not receive service. Your dog may not be in the room while Housekeeping is providing service, even if you are present or the dog is in a crate.
