FedEx handles your incoming and outgoing packages. You will be charged based on the weight of your package(s), plus the cost of shipping*, as follows:

Smoking is not allowed in the public areas of the hotel. Designated smoking areas are located outside of the Grand Entrance and outside of the South Entrance. The hotel will apply a $250 cleaning fee to any guest room that violates this nonsmoking policy.

For guests using the “presently occupied” sign:

At Hyatt, the welfare and safety of our guests and colleagues is a top priority. It is Hyatt’s practice to enter every occupied guest room at a minimum of once within a 24-hour period, even if a guest has requested privacy.

Check-in: 3 p.m. or later

Checkout: Anytime before 11 a.m.

Early arrivals and late departures may be subject to fees and availability.

You must be 21 to check in to your room. Please have a photo ID and credit card ready at the front desk.

Hyatt Regency O’Hare Chicago has an early departure fee of one-night’s room and tax. Departure dates are reconfirmed at check-in and are subject to a fee if changed after the check-in process is completed.

PET POLICY

Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago makes traveling with your pet easy. Our hotel near O’Hare International Airport is dog-friendly and welcomes you and your four-legged friends to spend time away from home with us. At Hyatt, we focus on providing a hassle-free experience for travelers.

Eligible pets: We are a dog friendly hotel. A maximum of two (2) dogs are permitted per guestroom reservation, with a combined weight not to exceed  65 lbs.

Pet fees: A $100 pet fee, per pet, applies for stays of up to 6 nights.  For longer stays, an additional fee of $100 will be charged for 6-27 nights.

Incidentals: A credit card is required on file for all guestroom stays, which covers potential damages, additional cleaning needs and other guestroom charges, ie. Restaurant charges. If carpets or soft goods require special cleaning, due to soiling, a $150 cleaning fee will apply.

Supervision and noise: For your pet’s comfort and the consideration of other guests, please do not leave your dog unattended in the guestroom. If a dog is left unattended or causes noise disturbances, the hotel will attempt to contact you using the phone number provided. If we are unable to reach you, the hotel may contact animal control to ensure the pet’s safety and compliance with hotel policy.  Repeated concerns of this type could lead to evection from hotel.

Housekeeping service: To ensure the safety of our team and your pet, housekeeping service will be provided only when the owner is present with the dog in the room, or when the dog is out of the room with the owner.

Leash and public areas: Dogs must be leashed at all times in public areas for their safety and the comfort of other guests. Only service animals are permitted in Food & Beverage areas and the Fitness Center.
