Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed in the public areas of the hotel. Designated smoking areas are located outside of the Grand Entrance and outside of the South Entrance. The hotel will apply a $250 cleaning fee to any guest room that violates this nonsmoking policy.
Privacy Policy
For guests using the “presently occupied” sign:
At Hyatt, the welfare and safety of our guests and colleagues is a top priority. It is Hyatt’s practice to enter every occupied guest room at a minimum of once within a 24-hour period, even if a guest has requested privacy.
Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-in: 3 p.m. or later
Checkout: Anytime before 11 a.m.
Early arrivals and late departures may be subject to fees and availability.
Check-In Requirements
You must be 21 to check in to your room. Please have a photo ID and credit card ready at the front desk.
Early Departure Fee
Hyatt Regency O’Hare Chicago has an early departure fee of one-night’s room and tax. Departure dates are reconfirmed at check-in and are subject to a fee if changed after the check-in process is completed.
Pet Policy
Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago makes traveling with your pet easy. Our hotel near O’Hare International Airport is pet-friendly and welcomes you and your four-legged friends to spend time away from home with us. At Hyatt, we focus on providing a hassle-free experience for travelers.
Guests will be provided an ID tag for each dog, indicating the hotel’s name and phone number. The ID tag needs to stay on the dog's collar throughout their stay. Please note, a $25 fee will be added to the guest room bill should the tag not be returned to the front desk.
Guests must provide the front desk with a cellphone number to be used in case of an emergency.
Fees:
Up to six nights: $100 per stay
7-30 days: An additional $100 deep-cleaning fee (for a total of $200)
30 days or more: Charge at the hotel's discretion
