Destination Fee

A daily destination fee of $25.00 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience.

Smoking & Check-In Policy

Hyatt Regency Chicago is a non-smoking hotel. A $500 fee will be charged for smoking in guestrooms and may result in possible eviction from the hotel.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent and check into a room.

Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment

We have introduced a multi-layered Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment that builds on Hyatt’s existing rigorous protocols and includes:

• Trusted medical and industry advisors to help Hyatt think beyond cleanliness—and advance care across the entire hotel experience
• Cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention accreditation by the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC)
• Dedicated Hygiene & Wellbeing Leaders at each hotel to enforce new sanitization protocols and colleague resources
