A daily destination fee of $30.00 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience.

To ensure an enjoyable stay for all guests, we strongly enforce the following hotel policies. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

• No more than 4 people can be in a guest room or suite
• Quiet hours are from 9:00pm – 6:00am. Disruption may result in eviction from the hotel.
• Our hotel is a smoke and drug free facility. Should we find any evidence of this, there will be a minimum of $250 charged to your room. Guests are responsible for any damages to guest rooms or suites.
• Suites are intended for private use or small informal gatherings of no more than 4 persons. We do not allow formal events, parties, or hospitalities. Suites are located on floors with restricted elevator access to registered guests only.

Hyatt Regency Chicago is a non-smoking hotel. A $500 fee will be charged for smoking in guestrooms and may result in possible eviction from the hotel.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent and check into a room.
