Ideal for smaller events, Skipjack measures 1,152 square feet, while Cutter and Schooner comprise 1,242 square feet each. These spaces hold receptions for 80–100 guests, and all of them can be divided into two smaller rooms.

Our largest indoor space at 11,259 square feet, Chesapeake Ballroom holds a banquet for 850, reception for 1,300 or theater seating for 1,400. It also can be divided into seven sections for smaller events.
