Our largest indoor space at 11,259 square feet, Chesapeake Ballroom holds a banquet for 850, reception for 1,300 or theater seating for 1,400. It also can be divided into seven sections for smaller events.

Surround your celebration with the lush green of our exquisitely manicured lawn, adjacent to the 18th hole of River Marsh Golf Club, with the Choptank River beyond. Manor Lawn can host a ceremony for up to 500 guests.

The elegant Choptank Ballroom comprises 4,860 square feet for a banquet of 300 or reception for 400. Set up as a theater, it accommodates 500 seats. The space also can be broken into three smaller rooms for more intimate events.

Featuring access to an outdoor patio and floor-to-ceiling windows for maximum natural light, the 6,000-square-foot foyer to the ballrooms makes a lively setting for a reception of 500.

This large open-air pavilion looks out over the Choptank River and includes a charming wood-burning fireplace. Located close to parking for easy guest access, Regatta accommodates a banquet for 250 or a reception for 350.

Galleon, at 1,736 square feet, and Clipper, at 1,798 square feet, offer flexible space for receptions for 150 or theater seating for 175 per room. Each of these spaces can be divided into three smaller areas.

The intimate Breakwater Pavilion, reached by a paved footpath, sits several hundred feet offshore, with sweeping views of the Choptank River facing sunset. Host up to 150 guests for a ceremony surrounded by natural beauty.

Ideal for smaller events, Skipjack measures 1,152 square feet, while Cutter and Schooner comprise 1,242 square feet each. These spaces hold receptions for 80–100 guests, and all of them can be divided into two smaller rooms.

Overlooking the Crescent Pool and Choptank River, this brick patio includes a water feature and wood-burning fireplace. Stage a wedding ceremony for 100 guests, or choose one of our other semiprivate patios for your event.

This unique 1,534-square-foot space features hardwood floors, a fireplace and plenty of natural light. Ideal for a banquet for 60 or a reception for 80, it includes an adjoining terrace.
