Resort Fee

January 1 to March 31 - a daily resort fee of $27.00 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Pet Policy:

Pack the leash—your four-legged family member is welcome at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa & Marina. 

    PET FEES:  Nonrefundable (up to six nights) $185 / 1 STAY+ $185 Additional deep cleaning fee (7 to 30 nights)

Canine Rules: 

  • Canine companions must be on a leash and in control at all times. While we love dogs, this is in consideration of other guests at the hotel. 
  • Please enter and exit the building through the entrance on the ground floor on the Northeast side of the building. 
  • Please stay out of restaurants, Bay County Market foyer, pool decks & beach, the golf course, and the Manor Lawn, which is located outside of Michener’s Library. 
  • If your dog needs to be walked, please go to our “Dog Walk” areas marked by the 18th hole. Once there, you are required to pick up after your dog. 
  • Please settle your dog in the Hyatt Dog Bed by 9:30pm, out of respect for the other guests. If the owners are leaving the dog alone for a while, please leave your cell phone number at the Front Desk in case you need to be contacted about your four-legged friend. 
  • Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay does not assume any liability for the dog or its actions while on the Resort Grounds. 
  • We allow a maximum of two dogs

Spa Policies

Appointments 

Please arrive 15-30 minute prior to your appointment to prepare for your Sago Spa Experience. In order to reserve your scheduled appointment, we require a valid credit card number at the time of booking. Advanced reservations are highly recommended to ensure your preferred service, date, and time are available. Appointments within 4-6 weeks are limited.

Cancellation
Should you need to cancel an appointment at Sago, please contact the spa 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will result in full charges of the scheduled service. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment or the rescheduling of your appointment. (Charges will apply)

Spa Environment
At Sago Spa we strive to provide you with the most relaxing and soothing spa experience from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Please refrain from using your cell phone. Sago Spa is considered an adult facility and spa services are reserved for guest 18 years of age or older. Select salon services are available for guests under the age of 18.

Service Charge

Please note that a mandatory service charge of 20% will be added for all a la carte services and day spa packages. Gratuities are optional and are left at your discretion. Gratuities are retained in full by the provider(s) performing the service(s).
