Good F&B
The F&B is extremely good. At the breakfast, we can have fresh juice, the food menu everyday changed. However, the front office staff ,we think is not well trained, because they do not have smile, and cannot help us very well. When we checkin even if i write the email to hotel, the front office staff do not know my perferences, and they do not directly lead me to the regency club to checkin.

Great accommodation in great location
Great location, hotel in superb condition. Staff was very attentive. Food was amazing. Rooms very spacious and felt so comfortable.

Great Hyatt Stay
Excellent experience. Hyatt's are great during international travel. The rooms are beautiful, the customer service is amazing. It will always be Hyatt for us when we travel internationally.

Excellent location and ambience
Location is excellent, connected to Nana BTS which is very central, a short walk to Asok, lots of great restaurants down the nearby side streets. Room size is excellent, bathroom has separate shower and toilet so almost feels like a suite. Breakfast has good selection. We slept very well... quiet room and comfortable bed. We have tried lots of Bangkok hotels over last 20 years and this is best

Wish I had know this.....
Well located and nice room - we had Deluxe City View Club Room. Just to note that Hyatt now using sheets with plastic coating on underside - makes for uncomfortable HOT sleep. Also a dampness smell in corridors in hotel - hotel is trying to address this with humidifiers.

Great location.....but doesn't live up to the hyatt name.
The conditions of the room were subpar, it was generally clean but areas which required maintenance seemed to be overlooked. My bathtub started leaking in the middle of the night and flooded my entire bathroom causing me to lose quite a bit of sleep. I had an evening flight the following day so I ended up having to pay for an extra half day just so i could get some rest. No apology was extended upon check out, they did not seem to have prepared any service recovery actions.

A Lavish luxury hotel in a good location
Lavish hotel in an excellent location. Best thing is the helpful and friendly Staff. The hotel interiors are in good condition, it has parking facilities for the Guests. Many good restaurants are just a walk away. So also the Skyline train. The Gym and pool are excellent. Overall a nice and comfortable stay.

Great location and luxury hotel experience
Excellent hotel with great service and helpful and communication from the team before and during the trip. Fantastic rooms - well-appointed with ample space and very comfortable. Location of the hotel is also excellent with easy access to the BTS and quick access to Sukhumvit road restaurants and shopping. Terminal 21 is a short walk with everything from great shopping, excellent food, currency service, etc. Breakfast is quite pricy at this property so unless you're bundling, better to step outside. That said, highly recommended property.
