Heartwood House
Heartwood House is at the heart of our Lost Pines resort. Named after the core of a tree’s trunk and located at the center of the property, it is a place for guests to return time and again. Blending a rustic farmhouse feel with a modern country aesthetic, this grand gathering area with buffet-style service was made for groups—from families making memories to colleagues connecting after a day of meetings. Heartwood House serves Lone Star State classics for breakfast, fueling whatever adventures lie ahead.
Maude’s Bar & Terrace
Lovingly named for our famous pecan tree, Maude’s is a most gracious Southern host, inviting you to sit back and savor life’s leisurely pleasures. Enjoy an indoor/outdoor experience live music, fire pits, and light, fun libations to go with wood-fired flatbreads and other sharable plates.
Maverick’s Roadhouse
A modern take on the classic Texas Roadhouse, Maverick's is both refined and a little rough around the edges--in all the best ways. Think chicken-fried steak, pork belly sandwiches, local craft beer and bourbon flights. Sit inside in a cozy booth or head out to the covered porch and stake out your spot by the fire pit.
Stories Ranch Kitchen
Inspired by the big cattle ranches and the plentiful game of Central Texas and the Hill Country as well the bountiful fresh produce from our local farms, Stories provides an elevated dining experience overlooking the Lost Pines resort. Delight in Texas Wagyu strip steak or South Texas antelope tenderloin from Chef’s ranch kitchen while enjoying a handcrafted cocktail or a bottle of your favorite wine from our private cellar.
