Great location. I was able to walk just about everywhere I needed to go. Staff was 100% and a pleasure to deal with. Room was a little small but I was downtown. Bed was comfortable and no surprises in room.

Great place for attending a concert at Financial Theatre. Good breakfast and overall service. Great location for any downtown event.

The room was dirty and the fridge was filled with mold. I arrived at 4 pm and drop myself off my stuff. Later in the evening I came back and noticed the fridge reek with the smell of mold and noticed how dirty the room is

Functional hotel in downtown Phoenix. The local area is all offices and other hotels so nothing to see or do. The staff were helpful and polite but had no information for tourists. The room was clean and comfortable with just enough space for 2 travellers. Breakfast was uninspired but adequate. The hotel restaurant actually had some lovely dishes on the menu, well prepared and presented.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean when we arrived. They let me check in a few hours earlier. The location is perfect it is in walking distance of everything. Even the self parking is nearby. The restaurant in the hotel Adams table was amazing. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly. The room was a good size with the view of the City. From the room we didn't hear a lot of noise at all. With the lights off and curtains closed the room is extremely dark and nice. The only issue we had was we asked if we could get new towels and have our trashes thrown cause they were full and it wasn't done but other than that it was a great stay. The service was great, they give you a map with all the local restaurants near the hotel that is walking distance.

Customer service not present, gave us a room that was never cleaned after going back to the lobby and getting a new room. The new rooms toilet was nasty, like if you were to sweep your whole house and would have thrown the trash in the toilet and never got flushed or cleaned, sheets had stained in them. Breakfast was nasty, the juices were watered down, the axe had a randomly green stuff not like a spice, but like a sponge or something. We obviously didn't eat them again.

I am absolutely staying here anytime I go back to PHX. It was so lovely. The breakfast was really good and the staff made my stay so lovely.

Valet was very busy & not too pleasant. No baggage service so I had to take the cart by myself to my room & with my wrist injured in a sling and bad back, it was very difficult. Being elderly didn't help. Horrible view from my room of a roof. Room was alright. Wouldn't stay again.

Excellent Stay at this Very Clean and User Friendly Hotel. In very good Proximity to Chase Field. Breakfast Buffet extremely well done also.

Parking is a block away and with the heat outside it was a bit inconvenient to walk a long block and across the street to get to it, but the hotel is very nice. Very friendly staff.

Clean, safe facility near downtown venues. Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast included. Bed was not the most comfortable, but passable. Parking is expensive, especially through the hotel. Many close by ramps for less cost. Would have given a much higher rating but they teed me off big time by charging $3 for a 5 cent bottle of water in the room. Chintzy thing to do considering the daily room rate. Gave me a bad taste for the Hyatt name.

Great location, walking distance to many places and restaurants. The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel overall was clean and the breakfast options were great.

Wonderful 2 night stay. Went for a concert. Location is perfect- lots of food, stores, and easy travel around the city. 10 minute walk from the arena. Was able to check in at 1030 am. Room was clean and perfect size for myself and 2 teens. Staff was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

There is no onsite parking. Metered street spaces are 4 hrs max. Valet can not park vehicles with manual transmissions "per policy" but does not disclose this when booking; just when you are trying to unload luggage and trying to get to your event. Closest municipal overnight parking is 5 blocks away in a labyrinth of one way streets.

Great location, close enough to walk to the ballpark, restaurants and shopping. Very nice hot breakfast with good assortment of items (scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and more) every day. The bar is expensive, but most hotel bars are. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Seemed to be recently updated.

Nice place to stay. Hotel was clean and staff helpful. I especially like the location. We attended a concert that was just a walk from the hotel.

Amazing experience. The location is great. The front desk staff is so helpful and caring. We had arrived a lot earlier than expected, and they showed care and even accommodated us and helped us. They went above and beyond. The room and hotel were super clean and modern. I will be staying here again.

Comfortable accommodations, clean, super friendly staff. Very walkable and super close to the convention center. Will stay agin for sure.

The room was dirty. The pillows and sheets did not smell like they had been washed. A towel had lipstick on it. The bathroom sink had water marks.

Overall great experience just wish the hotel had a pool. We stayed here for phoenix fan fusion event. And even though its 3 blocks away from the event the walk offers various food options. We left the event had dinner as well as ice cream before we got back to our hotel!
