    Great location to the job site that I worked at and plenty of good restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Hotel rooms were good size and comfortable, prices for rooms were reasonable and the staff was very attentive. Would stay here again if I was coming to downtown Palm Beach.

  • Great location and stay

    Nice hotel in downtown West Palm Beach. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel’s parking was a such a great perk in this area. Overall a great experience.

  • Not great

    Service was bad, child crib was delivered late and broken, electric car charger doesn’t exist, breakfast wasn’t good.

  • Decent stay in West Palm

    Overall, the hotel is well-maintained and clean. During our stay, however, there were continued elevator issues. Breakfast is okay, but coffee seemed to run out frequently. Staff was very friendly and the shower in my room had the best water pressure I’ve ever experienced!

  • No pool

    The location is great however if you're looking for a pool do not choose this hotel as it does not have one regardless of the pictures you may see in Google also the staircase to go in and out of the hotel you have to enter from the outside which I believe is a security issue not very fond about that positive is the rooms are nice the water pressure in the bathroom is great the floors keep warm regardless of the temperature in the room

  • Good stay

    Great clean to place to stay. Close to everything. Only issue I had was with one of the elevators not working so you have a long wait on the one elevator that was working but overall I would stay there again if I'm in that area

  • Terrible Hotel

    Terribly disappointing hotel and room. The lifts are so old and slow plus only one was working for the whole 5 days we were there. Apart from the location I can say nothing good about this hotel. Staff were ok but nowhere near a good and friendly as other Hyatt Hotels. Would we go back - NO. Based on this experience we were going to book Hyatt in Sydney Australia but not sure now.

  • Delightful!

    Great location, wonderful rooms, bedding and shower delightful and staff all around gracious! Good breakfast but no GF bread options and did not have quality breakfast tea or orange juice. Definitely will stay again, we loved that we could walk all around as we used the Brightline system!

  • Not worth the price

    Customer service is very poor. Maintenance team doesn’t exist. Manager is never on duty or “too busy”. You would be better off finding somewhere else to eat breakfast. My recommendation is to finding a different hotel. There are plenty in the area. I thought staying here would be a nice treat but I have had better experience at a holiday inn.

  • Home Sweet Home away from Home

    I arrived very late due to flight complications. I was warmly welcomed and received A+ service. The front desk personnel was very thorough and was genuinely interested to help me get checked in, asked if I needed anything, a wake up call, explained the services and amenities offered there at the property. I needed a map to assist me in an overview of the area and they promptly provided one and offered any addtional assistance that I might need. EXCELLENT!
