Pet Policy

Think twice before leaving your dog in a kennel or with a reluctant friend. Your furry friend is more than welcome at our pet-friendly hotel in West Palm Beach. He or she will be greeted with the same hospitality Hyatt Place West Palm Beach/Downtown’s staff offers to its human guests, because happy dogs are good dogs.

Fees

For guests staying up to six nights, a $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be administered.

For guests staying 7–30 nights, a $100 nonrefundable pet fee plus an additional $100 cleaning fee will be administered.

For guests staying 30 or more nights, please contact the hotel.

The fees will be inclusive of taxes.

Weight Limits

There is a maximum of two dogs with a combined weight of 75 pounds permitted per room. Individual dogs may not exceed 50 pounds. All pets must be housebroken.

Early Check In / Late Departure Fees

Early check-in and late checkout fees may apply during your stay.Early check-in (if available) before 2pm and as early at 9am is subject to a $50 fee plus tax.Late checkout (as late as 2pm) is subject to a $50 fee plus tax.

Package Storage Fees

Storage of small packages smaller than 14x12x6" will be subject to a fee of $5.00 per package. Storage of large packages larger than 14x12x6" will be subject to a fee of $10.00 per package.
