Studio suites, located in the city-view building across the street, offer approximately 460 square feet of space and feature two queen beds, a sleeper sofa, and a kitchenette—ideal for extended stays, families, and groups.

All rooms include a mini fridge. Studio suites include a kitchenette for added convenience.

Rollaway beds are not available; however, most rooms and suites include a sleeper sofa.

Pets
Yes. Hyatt Place Ocean City is dog-friendly.
- Dogs must weigh 50 pounds or less
- Maximum of two dogs per room, combined weight not to exceed 75 pounds
- November 1 – March 31: $100 for up to seven nights
- April 1 – October 31: $200 for up to seven nights
- For stays between 7–30 nights, an additional $100 deep-cleaning fee applies
Fees are nonrefundable and applied at check-in
Dogs must be housebroken, leashed in public areas, and are not permitted in food service areas or the pool. Dogs must be crated if left unattended during housekeeping or guests may be present during service.
Dogs are not permitted on the beach or boardwalk in Ocean City from May 1 through September 30.
Booking & Policies
A valid credit card is required at check-in and will be authorized for room, tax, and $50 per night for incidentals.
Debit card users will have a $50 per stay authorization placed on their card. Unused funds are released within 7–10 business days after check-out, depending on your bank.
