Minimum Age Policy

The minimum age to reserve a guestroom is 21. A person of the minimum-age requirement must be present at check-in and be a registered guest in the room.

Credit Card Policy

A valid credit card must be presented at the time of check-in. It will be authorized for $100 per stay for incidentals. Please note that this hotel only accepts credit cards, debit cards and, where applicable, other contactless forms of payment. It is a cash-free environment.

Pet Policy

At the Hyatt Place New York City / Times Square, we are happy to roll out the welcome mat for your furry companions. We happily accommodate one dog, weighing 50 pounds or less, per room. Please note there is a $100 nonrefundable pet fee per stay for up to six nights, with an additional $100 cleaning fee added for stays of 7–30 nights. For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact hotel.

Package Policy

We can accept 3 packages at no charge on your behalf. Please be advised that for each additional package, a charge of $5 will be applied to your reservation. For each package that is considered oversized, a charge will be applied to the reservation at the hotel’s discretion. An oversized package is one that is 25 pounds or heavier, or has a length, width, or height that is greater than 5 feet.

We ask that packages be addressed to the name of the person picking them up. Due to limited storage space, we cannot store packages for more than 7 days.
