A beautiful facility with attentive staff!
Wow, what a nice hotel. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Facility was very clean, and breakfast was very good. Based on this experience, I will be booking hyatt place on all my trips.
My cat and I really enjoyed our stay!
Hyatt Place is a great place to stay! The hotel is pet-friendly, including cats, which is a huge plus! The rooms are wonderful, the complimentary breakfast is really nice, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also appreciate that if you forget an essential item, like toothpaste, you can get it for free at the front desk! I had a wonderful experience and my cat and I will definitely stay here again!
Excellent hotel in a good location and management
The staff at the check-in counter was so friendly that I could enjoy my stay there through the end. When it comes to staff friendliness, very impressive! Thank you for all the staff there.

Great hotel stay
Clean, quiet, spacious, welcoming, and great location in Old Pasadena. I frequent the area and was pleasantly surprised with upkeep and newer feel of room. Staff was friendly. Mattress very comfy and the A/C is modern update that worked perfectly! Love that breakfast is still included and it was a really nice buffet- fresh with nice presentation. I will stay again.

Vacation to Pasadena
Location was perfect and right across from where we needed to be for the Tattoo Convention. The atmosphere was wonderful, weather was exceptional. The Rooms were a great value and were very clean. No issues with Noise or surrounding rooms. Our room service Gerald was amazing!! Front desk had everything we needed that we had forgotten.

Air conditioning did not work as expected.
It should be noted that some misguided person decided to install thermostats with motion sensors. Of course, there is no motion when you are asleep! I know this is trying to be a green initiative, but don't do it on the back of the guests. I woke up multiple times to turn the air back on. I love Hyatt and I am a faithful member, but I will not recommend this hotel if you want a good night sleep.

Still One of the Better Options For Pasadena
I have Globalist status with Hyatt; I spend a lot of nights in hotel rooms. I've stayed at this property in the past and am a former resident of the area. I recently completed a four night stay and happy to report this is still a decent Hyatt Place and one of the better options for hotels in Pasadena. The property is aging well with no real signs of wear and tear. No upgrade from my standard king booking other than being placed on the 4th floor directly over the pool; I specifically asked via pre-arrival email to face the pool and not the apartments on the north side. Odd-numbered rooms remain the best option to avoid road noise and have more privacy. In the past, I've been upgraded to a balcony king on the top floor and was a little disappointed not to have received a similar upgrade. Breakfast is standard Hyatt Place offering; they pretty much alternated each day between pork sausage, breakfast potatoes, and waffle sticks and bacon, hash browns, and french toast sticks supplementing the egg and continental breakfast options. I miss the tortillas they use to provide as a local touch. Parking is now $35 a day with in/out privileges. When you first arrive, pull a ticket at the entry gate, bring it to the front desk, and they will register it against your room. Then, use the bar code on the ticket to scan at exit and entry. The scanner wasn't working one morning which was annoying and caused me to be late to an appointment. No trouble finding spaces, though. The elevator in the garage level does require a room key to unlock the doors to the elevator lobby so check in upstairs (there's a parking space adjacent to the lobby) to get a room key before parking. I ended up working from the room three days and it was fine. WiFi speed was 20 mbps which was adequate for VDI and video calls. I'll continue to stay here whenever convenient.

Very Nice Pasadena Accommodations!
Very nice hotel with great breakfast and swimming pool. Provided pool towels and showers in very clean and spacious area. Will stay again when in the area.

Great place to stay for AGT.
The hotel washer perfect. We went to see a taping of AGT, and the hotel was only a couple blocks away. It is walking distance to lots of good dining options. The free breakfast had a good selection for everyone. Would stay here again if we come back to Pasadena.

Nice time
I enjoyed my stay here. This establishment is clean. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We especially appreciated the breakfast choices provided by the management as they had healthier options (fresh fruits) available.

Lovely location in Pasadena close to the Paseo
The hotel location is very nicely positioned close to the Paseo and is very quiet with minimal traffic noise. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the service was excellent. The only downsides were a slightly small pool and the breakfast decaf coffee which was a bit on the bitter side.

Great experience!
The location of the hotel was very convenient to me. It was in walking distance to so many places. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I had wonderful experiences with the front desk staff as well as the staff at the hotel/bar and restaurant. The food at the Placery is really great! My bed was incredibly comfortable and the whole room has plenty of really great lighting. I even had a little balcony that was lovely to sit on in the morning. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again.

We did enjoyed the complimentary breakfast ! Unfortunately the body wash soap was not refilled on arrival overall great location in Pasadena ! Parking was decent price at $35 with in/out privileges !

Stellar hyatt place
Very good location. Has more choices of room types. Decent pool area and fitness room. Attentive staff. The onky problem i had was when system was done to update keys - keys do have a tendency to deactivate. It took staff an hour to get my keys reprogrammed which i had to go downstairs to get myself after engineering had yo accompany me to my room.
