Overall, the hotel is very nice. Breakfast was very basic microwaved eggs and sausages. Room service is being provided every other day with towel swaps and trash disposal; However, the floor vacuum was not included in the service.

Excellent hotel. We've stayed in so many in this area. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. The closet was moved to the bathroom area, really opening up the "living area" and increasing the space. The breakfast was great, with hot items offered along with fruit and breads/pastries. Especially enjoyed the oatmeal and toppings. Staff was always helpful and attentive.

Good location and pet friendly hotel were the primary reason we stayed here. The rooms are dated and the AC/bath fans were noisy. The AC filters were caked with dust. The shower was nice and large but the water flow was poor. Sofa was in need of replacement. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast choices were adequate. The coffee was removed after breakfast and not available afterwards. We found some tiny slab ants in our sink.

My entire family was disappointed with this place. We were with four other families. Half the people didn’t come down for breakfast and ate elsewhere after the first morning. Room check in was 1.5 hours after promised check in time. When we got to the room the sink was clogged and full to the brim with water. We had to call someone to fix.

Highly recommend this location. Quiet and easy to get in and out of and nice places around in that business park that do allow for some food options.

Stayed one night. Bed was comfortable. Hotel location is decent. Staff is courteous. Bathroom is awkwardly placed. Phone system is broken. No usb ports in the room. Breakfast is totally canned including egg preparations. Swimming pool was out of order and closed.

The hotel is dated and does not do daily maid service. The rooms were dingy. The woman at the front desk did not care about our issues with the room. She was rude and unhelpful.

This location is AMAZING! The cleanliness and the staff are top notch!! I'm OCD and I was very impressed with the cleanliness.

Pool closed, however was able to use neighboring hotel pool. Door to bathroom was rubbing on floor. It was like a workout opening and closing bathroom door. Tv wasn’t working. Light above coffee maker was not working. This made it difficult for four girls to get ready for a wedding. Breakfast: eggs were watery, French toast was dry. I recommend a good waffle maker… always a line at other hotels

The breakfast may be free, but "you get what you pay for". Hotel is clean. Front desk can smile, but just not at every customer.

The sofa bed in the room was in a state of disarray. It had an open bag of Cheetos and crumbs scattered across the mattress. It’s crucial for the crew to inspect the sofa bed after each guest’s stay to ensure it’s clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, it appears that this task is being neglected, as the linens have not been changed.

The hotel definitely needs updating- rooms appear older and the bathrooms are extremely small. The pool area is super loud (do to the echo). The areas of the hotel could have definitely been kept up more (the front lobby needed to be vacuumed). Feel like simple things could have been done to make the front lobby more welcoming. The food in the hotel was horrible! Chicken wings undercooked, the chicken tenders were overcooked and tastes like rubber, chicken sandwich was extra thin on two slices of bread, French toast was hard, egg’s salty, oatmeal runny. I suppose I could go on, but I’ll stop there. I will say that despite all the above negatives, all of the staff were super friendly!! Everyone we were in contact with were responsive and accommodating. There are no restaurants or stores within walking distance, but food and stores a short 5 min drive away.

This hotel is located in a quiet area near I-88. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was very good and varied each day with both hot and cold items. The wi-fi worked well for the 4 nights we were there. We would stay here again or recommend it others! A EV charging station would be a bonus.

We visited the hotel on a recent trip for a family wedding. The location was 5 minutes from the reception and easily accessible from the freeway. The hotel lobby/breakfast room was light and airy, plenty of tables for our group. The breakfast was plentiful with both cold and hot choices, and it was different every day. The rooms were large and very clean, we had 2 queens and a sofa bed. Bathroom tiles (floor and countertop) could use a little refreshing, but otherwise the rooms were great. Pool area was not large and the water was quite cold, but the kids had fun anyway. Would have enjoyed a hot tub in the pool area.

Hotel was acceptable but I was anticipating fantastic. Carpets dirty. Staff friendly. No real bar or much food available in late evening. Front desk made me a salad which filled the belly but was an expensive salad for what it was.

Great location in Naperville just needs to be updated. Feels a bit old in style. It was fine for 2 nights. Nothing fancy. Beds comfy but towels crunchy.

Very large rooms, very comfortable beds. Nice vanity area with room to spread out. Would stay again. The bathroom could have used a brighter light bulb.

This hotel surpassed my expectations; 1. Very close to the wonderful city of Naperville. 2. Staff kindness -amazing 3. Rooms, although need updating, are extra big, perfect if you have kids or just want exits discs! 4. Starbucks machine at bar… yes, they have a small bar! 6.
