Hotel Experience & General Information
We honor and host a variety of travels from families, couples, and business travels. Due to such amenities such as larger guestrooms, Free Wi-Fi, separate living room areas and workstations.
Our standard check-in time is 3:00p. Our standard checkout time is 12:00p. Early check-ins and Late check-outs are available upon request. As a WOH please see your eligible benefits.
After you checkout, we are able to store luggage within a safe and secure location, while you explore the Warrenville / Chicago area, and be prompt at your important business meeting or social event(s).
Prior to arrive, packages are able to be delivered to the hotel. Please be sure to address the package to the stated reservation name, to ensure that it is accepted by the hotel.
Rooms & Amenities
All of our spacious guestrooms include a workspace to accommodate your needs. Within our guestrooms you may experience our complimentary Wi-Fi, outlets and charging stations.
Feather free options are available upon request. To ensure your stay is meeting your expectations, please inform us during your reservation process.
All guestrooms have a mini fridge as an amenity.
Parking, Travel & Transportation
Our Warrenville location is perfectly located for 2 major Chicagoland airports. Chicago O’Hare International Airport is located 26 miles away. While Chicago Midway Airport is located 33 miles away.
The hotel van service is reserved for corporate and group transportation based upon availability within a 5-mile radius from the hotel. For all other travel needs, convenient options like Uber, Lyft, and taxis are readily available in the area

Hotel Facilities
Our Indoor heated pool is open to all guests all year.
The fitness center is open 24 hours daily and equipped with cardio and strength training equipment. Age restrictions of 18 years old is enforced.
Complimentary breakfast is offered Mon-Fri 6:30a – 9a and Sat & Sunday 7a – 10a
No, only an ample complementary self-parking lot.
Families & Groups
Our Warrenville location offers connecting rooms. Please know that there is a very limited number of these available on property. We will honor all requests as best as possible.
Our Warrenville location has a large meeting spaces that can accommodate a variety of groups. Please reach out to our Sales Department at 630.657.7671 for further inquiries regarding your group and our best options.
Pets
Guests may bring up to two housebroken dogs for a $100 nonrefundable fee for stays of 1–6 nights. An additional $100 deep-cleaning fee applies for stays over 6 nights. Dogs must be 50 lbs or under, with a combined max of 75 lbs for two dogs. For stays over 30 nights, contact the hotel.
Booking & Policies
A valid credit card matching the name of the reservation, must be presented at time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax and an additional $50 for incidentals. Cash payments are not accepted until checkout.
Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed in the public areas of the hotel or the guestrooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Violations to this policy will result in immediate eviction and a $250 penalty applied.
We honor a 48-hour cancellation/change policy unless previous negotiated.
