Great location, good breakfast and excellent service by all the personnel. They were very informative and provided excellent service, for example during breakfast they are always cleaning and making the tables available for next guests.

Our travel plans changed, and we suddenly needed two rooms for one night over a holiday weekend. Another large hotel couldn’t accommodate us, so I opened the Hyatt app and was able to book both rooms with ease! Both rooms were very clean, spacious, and an incredible value. The location was convenient, with nearby restaurants and a local store where we could pick up a few personal items. Every employee we encountered was helpful and welcoming. The heated pool was a wonderful surprise, and the hot tub was exactly what I needed after a 7-hour drive! My grandson and I even had the entire pool to ourselves. ❤️ The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with fresh food, plenty of options, and clean tables. I would absolutely stay here again! Great price, great service, and a convenient location not too far from Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. Honestly, what’s another three blocks after walking 8 miles a day at Disneyland? 😂 Highly recommend this Hyatt for families looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay!

Super great staff. Rooms are comfortable, clean, roomy. No microwave, though!! Breakfast was absolutely delicious. No flavored creamers for us spoiled people but the coffee was yummy. Very nice stay!

The hotel was clean. Staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was great. It's close by to Disneyland. It was quiet and room was spacious.

The staff were wonderful, helpful and kind. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was large, with two Queen beds, and a sofa sitting area. Proximity to Disneyland Toy Story Parking Lot was easily walkable. And busses to Disneyland were always ready. Would definitely stay here again. We have stayed at the Hyatt House, which is a short distance away, and it is also recommended, but the cost was several hundred dollars more for the same size room. This Hyatt is a bit farther from the park, but easy to get to thanks to the shuttle busses at the Toy Story Parking Lot, just a 10 minute walk away.

Clean hotel with welcoming staff. This is a great place to staff if you are going to Disneyland. The hotel is in walking distance.

The hotel's a manageable walk away from the convention center and the room was spacious and well-appointed. If you visit the bar try the peach sour martini

Clean, convenient, big rooms. We had two queens and it came with a pull out sofa bed which would be useful if you have many kids. You do have to pay parking but it seems all the hotels charge. Walkable to Disney and nearby stores.

amazing location for the convention center and honestly the toy story parking lot. They offer complementary waters and breakfast daily which helped us stay hydrated and fuled up for long days! the rooms are comfy and have great air conditioning and wi fi. The pillows leave a LOT to be desired.. so pack one or prepare to toss a bit. Breakfast is semi basic but there is something for everyone. The walk to down town Disney is about 15 to 20 min away. parking available both above and below ground. The staff here are incredible and the location is clean as can be! we were impressed. Stay away from room 127 on the bottom floor.. we loved the space..but we think it may be the hub for the ac as it is loud..like if you are a light sleeper, you will be woken up! OVERALL totally recommend this location for a stay. Close enough to jump on a bus to get to the parks..but just far enough to enjoy quiet and relax. Make sure you see Yesenia at the bar..her drinks are incredible!

There was black mold and a mushroom growing out of the wall in our room. It wasn't until the second day that this was discovered. I was dizzy, congested, and had a headache. Staff moved our room and comped our parking.

This hotel is in a wonderful location. Close to all the fun attractions. The staff is great and the rooms are spacious. They have an underground parking available.

Bunk beds with the kids make this place worth it along with free breakfast .. management is accommodating. Kudos to Melissa and and Osvaldo

The room provided us all we needed comfortably. Enjoyed the pool. The breakfast had a nice selection. Distance to Disneyland was perfect and the location to other restaurants was good.

Excellent customer service, great breakfast options and very clean. Short distance walk to Toy Story parking lot for shuttles to Disney and the convention center. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is clean, and the food is decent. The biggest challenge is finding the property. Parking can be confusing because you need to use the second driveway, not the first, and your room key only works at the Hyatt gate. There are no clear signs indicating you've arrived at the hotel, and with three hotels sharing the same parking lot, it's easy to end up at the wrong one if you're not paying attention. Check-in can also take a little while since the front desk staff often assist guests at the bar located next to the lobby. That said, the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Pro tip: If possible, shower in the evening. During my stay, there was little to no hot water available in the mornings, and my showers were consistently cold. Also, plan a few extra minutes if you're heading to breakfast. The elevators are slow and tend to be busy during the morning rush, so waiting 3–5 minutes isn't uncommon. Breakfast is good but fairly basic, with eggs, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, toast, and other standard options. It's enough to get your day started.

Very close to Disneyland. It was a pretty nice hotel with a spacious family room. Didn’t appreciate not being able to use the luggage carts one time during our stay due to guests hoarding it in their rooms overnight. Staff had no idea where the carts were or where they might’ve gone.

The location is great! Toy Story parking lot is right across Harbor. The rooms are nice and clean with a comfy bed, which is super important after walking 13+ miles in a day. The breakfast was super yummy and on point this time. The doors are a little on the thin side so you can hear people walking past, especially with excited little ones. Over all this is one of our go to hotels when we visit Disneyland.

Sheets had a blood stain upon arrival, some staff was amazing while others weren’t helpful and lacked customer service skills. Location to Disney was good.

Good breakfast but no soundproofing to connecting rooms so I do not recommend this hotel for solo travels as it is full of families with young children.
