The Bernstein Suite brings together the Eddington, Foster and Robinson Rooms to create 143.5 sq. m of elegant, light-filled space. With natural daylight from dual-aspect windows and graceful proportions, it is perfectly suited to mid-to-large wedding celebrations. The suite hosts up to 100 guests for a seated meal or 140 for a standing reception, offering both scale and atmosphere. With its bright design and versatile layout, the Bernstein Suite provides a beautiful backdrop for a joyful day with family and friends.

The Lewis Room is the larger half of the Rothwell Suite, bright and spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows and a high ceiling. With 103.7 sq. m, it can host 80 guests for a seated meal or 100 for a reception, making it perfectly suited to mid-sized celebrations. Its location beside the events lobby provides seamless guest flow and a convenient setting for pre-dinner drinks or post-ceremony gatherings. For larger weddings, the room can also be combined with the Waterhouse to form the full Rothwell Suite.

The Waterhouse Room is elegant and versatile with a high ceiling, offering 97.5 sq. m of flexible space. Positioned beside the atrium and events lobby, it is perfect for mid-sized wedding celebrations, hosting 60 guests for a seated meal or 100 for a reception. For larger gatherings, the room can be combined with the Lewis Room to create the full Rothwell Suite, providing an impressive backdrop for your celebration.

The Burgess Room is a versatile and intimate venue with 119.5 sq. m, filled with daylight on both sides and views over the atrium. Styled with distinctive contemporary furniture, it is perfect for smaller celebrations. Hosting 50 for a seated meal or 40 for a reception, it creates a warm and stylish setting for your wedding.

The Turing Room is one of our most unique venues, styled with a marble table and oversized U-shaped sofa. Natural light pours through floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the atrium. Hosting 8 guests for a seated meal or 20 for a reception, it is perfect for intimate celebrations. Just outside, the events lobby with its feature fireplace and stylish furnishings provides a welcoming space for guest arrivals and pre-dinner drinks.

The Eddington Room is an intimate and stylish space, filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows along one wall. With 35.7 sq. m, a high ceiling and thoughtful details including marble side tables and distinctive artworks, it offers a warm backdrop for smaller celebrations. The room hosts up to 16 guests for a seated meal and can also connect with the Foster Room or form part of the expansive Bernstein Suite for larger gatherings.

The Executive Boardroom is a refined and intimate space, filled with natural daylight from dual-aspect floor-to-ceiling windows. Perfect for smaller wedding celebrations, it provides an elegant setting for up to 16 guests for a seated meal. Its sophisticated design creates a warm and private atmosphere for sharing your special day with your closest family and friends.

The Events Lobby is the heart of the hotel’s event space, offering a stylish setting for wedding drinks receptions and guest arrivals. Guests can arrive via the feature staircase from the main lobby or by lift, with the staircase itself providing a striking backdrop for photographs. Flooded with natural light from the four-storey atrium overlooking the Graduate Bar & Terrace, the lobby combines elegant furnishings, a marble top bar, sophisticated lighting and welcoming fireplaces. It creates a memorable space for guests to gather before your celebration.

The Garden forms part of the Graduate Bar and provide a distinctive outdoor setting for wedding celebrations. Featuring our Manchester Bee sculpture and landscaped planters for privacy, the space offers flexible seating and options for guests to relax outside. It flows seamlessly into the bar’s atrium area, which can be opened up for larger receptions combining both indoor and outdoor settings. Perfect for BBQs, summer parties and stylish drinks receptions, it adds a memorable open-air element to your day.
