Amazing city stay
Amazing stay in Manchester, the views from the 17th floor were breathtaking. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Location was perfect, had good links into city, was a short walk to the Appollo concert venue. Carpark was separate to hotel but near by and worked well. The hotel is located right next to the university campus, which had a village feel even though it was in the city. Good bars and restaurants around.
Great hotel in central Manchester
Hyatt House Manchester is a clean, modern, comfortable hotel on the Manchester university campus. The staff are friendly and welcoming, food at the hotel is always good and equally it’s very easy to get stuff delivered because of its location. Views across Manchester from the high floors are stunning.

Perfect for the university
Perfect location for the university. Breakfast was lovely with a good range and a gluten free area. Room was clean and bed was comfy. There was a sewage like odour to the bathroom bit it was perfectly clean so think it may have been drains or something similar. There is am amazing Chinese restaurant just past the hotel on higher Cambridge street that was takeout as well as a restaurant- would highly recommend!!

Perfect stay at Hyatt House
The location of Hyatt House was perfect for my visit to the Alliance Business School Manchester. The atmosphere was pleasant, and professional. The room was exceptional; the facilities were clean and the room itself was a great size. The hotel was quiet and excellent value for money. The level of service was excellent.

Hyatt Five
Probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The kind suite was incredible and the views astonishing. The mattress was a little too firm for my liking, but was still luxurious and just incredible for the price. We paid £149 for 1 night with Breakfast

I had a very positive stay at the Hyatt. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well presented, with friendly and helpful staff throughout. The room was spacious and relaxing, and everything felt well organised and professional. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and I look forward to staying again.

Amazing 2 night stay
We had an amazing 2 night stay at the Hyatt House Hotel in Manchester. We have stayed previously but this time we were lucky to have a better room than we expected. The view was great, the location perfect for our weekend plans.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Manchester
I was very disappointed with my recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Manchester. There was a noticeable and unpleasant smell in my room, 1603, from the first night. I opened the window, hoping that the smell would clear, but when I woke up the following morning, it was still there. I went to the front desk and explained the problem. I asked if someone could come and investigate it, and member of staff came to the room and told me that she would send maintenance to investigate. Unfortunately, when the maintenance employee arrived, instead of taking my complaint seriously or trying to identify the source of the smell, he told me that there was no smell and effectively called me a liar. I subsequently went back to the front desk and had to insist, politely but firmly, that I be moved to another room. The difference was immediately apparent to me: the original room did have an unpleasant smell. The smell itself was disappointing, but unfortunately the way my complaint was handled was much worse. Guests should not be made to feel that they are lying when they report a genuine problem, particularly when they are simply asking for assistance. The front desk ultimately moved me to another room, which I appreciated, but the interaction with the maintenance employee left a very poor impression and significantly affected my view of the stay. The only highlight of this trip was Andreia. She was so nice and gave us great recommendations for exploring Manchester!

Catching up with family and friends
Manchester is really a great location for spending time with family. Hyatt House caters for just that family time. Spacious clean rooms, very friendly staff team and very good facilities.

Vacation
Our room was lovely and everything was 10/10. Loved that there was a dishwasher in our room. The view at night was just amazing and peaceful. The staff was just kind and friendly and ensured we were enjoying our stay. Requested a birthday plate and the team delivered as promised. Would definitely visit and recommend this hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Loved the pancakes, and how warm their food was. Great team, lovely views and top tier hospitality.

Our Go-To Hotel in Manchester from Now On
Greatly impressed by this hotel! I rarely travel to Europe or the UK, and I have to admit that I’m often disappointed by hotel standards in the region. Hyatt House Manchester was a very pleasant exception. We stayed as a family with three young children and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is extremely clean, very well located, and having both gym and laundry facilities was particularly convenient for a family stay. The staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention to Andrea from the restaurant, who was absolutely fantastic — very professional, warm and welcoming, and our kids loved her! I genuinely can’t think of anything negative to say about our stay. Next time we’re in Manchester, I’ll definitely book Hyatt House again without even needing to look at other hotels.

Amazing stay! Great location and fabulous rooms
I stayed here as I was attending my graduation ball l. The location was great. The venue and parking was around the corner. The hotel was amazing! The room was very clean, stylish and comfortable. The check in process was very simple and the gentleman who checked us in explained everything to us. He was very helpful and answered the questions that I had.

Good hotel, but beware check-in not honouring booking details
Hotel itself is excellent, rooms very well equipped and it’s pretty good value for a city centre. However, despite booking direct with Hyatt, at check-in they had no record of the requirement for an accessible room for my 93 year old mother, and then tried to charge me more than the booking. Luckily both were confirmed - by Hyatt - in an email, otherwise the check-in staff would not have (eventually) honoured the booking details. Left a sour taste - beware of this when you check-in and keep your booking email handy.

As a result, your request for an accessible room was not reflected in our records, and the room rate for one of your reservations did not match the rate shown on your confirmation. Once these discrepancies were identified, our colleague immediately corrected the room rate to match your booking confirmation and arranged suitable accessible accommodation for your mother. While I am pleased that these matters were resolved during check-in, I fully appreciate that this did not undo the inconvenience caused or the additional time you were required to spend waiting. Thank you once again for bringing these matters to our attention. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us identify where improvements are needed, particularly in ensuring that reservation details are accurately reflected prior to arrival. Excellent experience.
Excellent accommodations, lovely spacious room with well equipped kitchen area. Large windows let in natural light but the blackout curtains kept the room dark. The AC kept the room cool, despite the extraordinary heat wave. Having access to laundry facilities was a bonus. Breakfast was vast and delicious. The bar and food also delicious.

Great Hotel for Extended Stay
Great location, elegant lobby and restaurant areas, close to university and public transportation as well as easy Uber pickup location. Hyatt House rooms had great kitchenette, clean and because the building sits alone, expansive views from our 13th floor location. We had good housekeeping services and great breakfast choices each day. The hotel ran as good or better than a luxury cruise ship.

Great amenities and location
We stayed in the Hyatt House rather than the hotel for the first time and the apartment gave us great flexibility. With a wondeful skyline view of Manchester, the kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and everything you needed. The room was spacious and extremely clean - great job housekeeping. Staff very friendly and professional and the location was perfect, being just a short walk from the city.
