Hyatt Centric Kanazawa is a full-service hotel inspired by the traditional crafts and culture of Ishikawa Prefecture. The hotel features a restaurant, rooftop bar, and event facilities. Hyatt House Kanazawa is designed for extended stays, family travel, and group stays. Guest rooms feature kitchen facilities and microwaves, and the hotel offers a self-service laundry room. Both hotels are located approximately a 2-minute walk from the West Exit of Kanazawa Station and are adjacent to Cross Gate Kanazawa.

Staff provide service primarily in Japanese and English. Additional language assistance may be available depending on staff availability and translation support tools. Please contact the hotel in advance if assistance in a specific language is required.

Ideal for families, groups, extended-stay guests, business travelers, and guests traveling with dogs.

Housekeeping services are available. The frequency of room cleaning, towel replacement, and linen changes may vary depending on the length of stay, rate plan, and hotel policies. Requests such as no housekeeping service, towel replacement only, or preferred cleaning times may be arranged through the Front Desk.

Guestrooms include: Complimentary Wi-Fi, TV with Chromecast, Individual climate control, Hair dryer, Bath amenities, Coffee and tea facilities, Refrigerator, In-room safe, Bluetooth speaker, Microwave, and more.

Most rooms feature a kitchen with a dishwasher. Suites include a rice cooker, and selected suites are equipped with a washing machine. Available amenities may vary by room category.

Room views vary by room category and floor level. Requests for a specific view or a higher floor may be noted; however, they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

All room types except the King Room include a kitchen.

King Rooms feature a compact refrigerator. Rooms with kitchens include a larger refrigerator.

Room service is not available. Guests may use the Lobby Lounge, H Market, or their in-room kitchen facilities.

All room types except King Rooms may accommodate one sofa bed and one rollaway bed, subject to availability.

Breakfast is not provided at Hyatt House Kanazawa. However, takeaway items such as sandwiches, pastries, and salads are available at H Market on the 3rd floor from 7:00 AM while supplies last. Guests may also enjoy the breakfast buffet at FIVE - Grill & Lounge on the 3rd floor of Hyatt Centric Kanazawa for an additional charge.

Private use of H Restaurant requires advance reservation.

A 24-hour fitness center is located on the 4th floor and features cardio equipment and free weights.

The hotel does not have a spa or swimming pool. A 24-hour fitness center is available for guests.

Available children's amenities include: Baby crib, High chair, Children's tableware, Children's pajamas, Bathrobe, Toothbrush, Slippers, Baby bathtub and more. Please contact the Front Desk or Housekeeping for availability.

H Restaurant is available as a private event venue starting from JPY 11,000 per hour.

The hotel is approximately a 2-minute walk from the Kanazawa Port Exit (West Exit) of JR Kanazawa Station. Exit the station from the West Exit and proceed toward Cross Gate Kanazawa. The hotel is located alongside the railway tracks. Guests may also access the hotel via the covered walkway through Kanazawa Hyakubangai Rinto and Cross Gate Kanazawa, allowing convenient access even during rainy weather.

Major attractions, including Omicho Market, Kanazawa Castle Park & Kenrokuen Garden, Higashi Chaya District, and the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, are easily accessible by the Kanazawa Loop Bus and local bus services from the East Exit of Kanazawa Station.

The hotel is adjacent to Cross Gate Kanazawa, which features restaurants and retail stores. Kanazawa Station also offers supermarkets, convenience stores, drugstores, restaurants, and shopping facilities. Kanazawa FORUS shopping mall is located near the station's East Exit.

Nearby parking facilities include NPC24H Cross Gate Kanazawa Parking and Kanazawa Station West Exit Clock Parking. Both facilities offer self-parking, and payment is made upon exit. Parking fees, discounts, vehicle height restrictions, and re-entry policies are subject to change. Please contact the parking facility directly for the latest information.

The nearest major transportation hub is JR Kanazawa Station, located approximately a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The nearest airport is Komatsu Airport, which is approximately 40 minutes from Kanazawa Station by airport limousine bus. Travel times may vary depending on traffic conditions.

The hotel does not provide a scheduled shuttle service. Guests traveling from Komatsu Airport may use the airport limousine bus, taxi, or public transportation via Komatsu Station. Please contact the hotel directly if you require assistance with private transportation arrangements.

The Kanazawa Loop Bus and local bus services departing from the East Exit of Kanazawa Station provide convenient access to many of the city's major attractions. Taxis are also available from the West Exit taxi stand at Kanazawa Station.

Kanazawa Station, Cross Gate Kanazawa, and Kanazawa FORUS are within walking distance of the hotel.

Major attractions, including Omicho Market, Kenrokuen Garden, Kanazawa Castle Park, Higashi Chaya District, and the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, can also be reached on foot. The Kanazawa Loop Bus and taxis provide convenient alternatives for sightseeing.

Rental car and bicycle services are not available on site. Several rental car agencies and Machi-nori, Kanazawa's public bike-sharing service, are available near Kanazawa Station. Please check directly with each provider for the latest information.

Valet parking is not available.

Please contact the parking facility directly regarding EV charging availability and usage conditions.

One small dog weighing up to 10 kg (22 lbs) may stay in a designated Dog-Friendly Room. The following amenities are provided: Dog crate, Dog bed, Food and water bowls, Pet toilet tray and more. Dogs must be transported in a pet stroller or carrier while in public areas of the hotel. A signed consent form and proof of vaccination are required prior to arrival.

Service animals are welcome. Pet stays are limited to designated Dog-Friendly Rooms and are subject to separate terms and conditions.

Kanazawa City accommodation tax applies as follows (per person, per night, based on the room rate excluding tax): Under JPY 5,000: No tax, JPY 5,000 to under JPY 20,000: JPY 200, JPY 20,000 and above: JPY 500. Additional charges may apply for breakfast, dining, parking, and other optional services.

Although the hotels are adjacent to one another, guest rooms and fitness centers are reserved for registered guests of the respective hotel. Restaurants, bars, and lounges are open to both hotel guests and non-resident visitors.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out may be available based on availability, the applicable rate plan, and World of Hyatt membership benefits. Luggage storage is available prior to check-in and after check-out.

Luggage storage is available prior to check-in and after check-out. Guests shipping luggage to the hotel should include their reservation name, stay dates, and reservation number and contact the hotel in advance. Shipping services are also available from the hotel. Restrictions may apply to valuables, refrigerated items, oversized luggage, and certain other shipments.

The hotel does not charge resort fees or destination fees. Additional charges may apply for accommodation tax, dining, and other optional services.
