Room is big, comparing to other tight room in Japan. Sofa bed prepared beforehand as we are 3 people. Kitchen works fine. clean and convenient. The view is good, position is very close to Kanazawa station.

Everything was wonderful-great value with lots of amenities. Staff was wonderful. The room was spacious with a kitchen, the beds and pillows were comfortable, AC worked well, free happy hour with sake, beer and wine lasted most of the day, laundry facilities on site, multiple restaurants on lower floors, hotel breakfast was good at the Hyatt house on weekends but breakfast weekdays at the sister Hyatt centric was excellent. Price was right- highly recommend!

I had an excellent stay with my family of 3, Hyatt House Kanazawa fully satisfied our needs and exceeded our expectations as well. Location is excellent, right next to Kanazawa train station with connecting sheltered walkways. Lots of eateries and shops in the train station, which is right next to the bus terminal where the sightseeing buses start from. The rooms are bigger with a kitchen, fridge cum freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. Comes with dishes and utensils and a sink for washing. A small round table with 2 chairs and a stool can be used for meals. Toilet and bath are separate so both can be used at the same time. Beds are comfortable, no issues with sleep. No washer/dryer in the room but there is a coin laundry with 3 washers and 3 dryers on the 4th floor next to a small gym. Breakfast is included, simple but quality Western and Japanese spread that is the same everyday. Free-flow alcohol (beer, red/white wine, sake), coffee/tea and soft drinks provided in the lobby H Bar from 11am to 8pm for all guests. Amenities (toothbrush/paste, razer, shaving cream, shower cap etc) are available to pick up for free in the lobby, next to some other amenities, snacks and beverages for sale. Service is good, always with a smile to serve our requests. Very comfortable stay and we were reluctant to leave at the end of our stay!

If you want a great hotel then Hyatt House is the place to go. It is conveniently located to the Kanazawa station with amazing eateries all around. If you want to shop then head right next door to the Forus. Quick taxi ride from Kanazawa Castle and Kenroku-en garden. Truly the best place to stay on a budget. Also the rooms are big and nice

The hotel is right next to the train station, which has two shopping malls with many stores. The location of the hotel makes everything super convenient. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet, despite its proximity to the busy train station. It has lounge hours during the day. I had quit drinking but couldn't resist the temptation to try some local Sake. Very relaxing atmosphere. We stayed 3 nights. Other than breakfast getting a little boring, we were very happy with our stay.

Perfect location near the station. Staff and food were good. The room was very tidy and big, perfectly cleaned when we arrived. We only stayed one night so we didn't have the chance to experience much, but the overall experience was definitely positive.

Cosy rooms and conveniently located within 2mins walk from Kanazawa Station if you are traveling via the Shinkansen. The Kanazawa tourist Loop bus is just located on the other side of the station. There are various food options around the area.

Nice hotel next to the train station. There are a couple malls and good restaurants around. 20 minute walk to downtown Kanazawa and the main sites. The room had a comfy bed and nice kitchenette. The free breakfast is okay, but the free drinks in the lobby was a really nice bonus. Great value stay.

The room turned out to be a suite with full family-friendly amenities like laundry and a small kitchenette. The place was big enough to accommodate two beds, a sofa bed and a add-on crib. We notice that everywhere was spotlessly clean. The beddings were soft and plush. Location of the hotel was also superb, next to the train station, shopping areas and restaurants. There was even a cozy common area next to the lobby for guests to chill out with complimentary snacks and refreshments.

Fantastic hotel, location, and outstanding service that rival the very best of what Hyatt has to offer across the world. We were very impressed, and are looking forward to coming back, would certainly whole heartedly recommend the hotel, its staff and services.
