Pet Policy

Your pet is welcome at the hotel. We provide a dog bed and a bowl, plus water and treats. A fee of $75 per stay applies. Individual pet weight limit is 50 pounds. 

We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy.

Rollaway Bed Requests

Charge: A fixed fee of $35 per night plus taxes will be applied for any rollaway bed request. 

Note: Rollaway beds are not available in all room types.

Smoking Policy

Hyatt Vancouver Downtown Alberni is a 100% smoke-free property. A cleaning fee of $500 per day will apply to any violations.

Cleaning and Damages

Excessive cleaning that results in a delay for the next guest's enjoyment of the guest room will result in a minimum fee of $500 charged to your room. Guests are responsible for any damages made in guest rooms and suites.

Check-In Age

Minimum check-in age is 19.

Extra Person Policy

Charge: Any additional person aged 18 or above is charged $35 per night plus taxes.
