It’s fairly common knowledge that our furry friends feed off of our energy. Practicing movement with our dogs helps keep us grounded and aware of our physical and emotional states and acts as a bonding experience. All you need to do is bring your own mat and pooch!

Everything you need to paint a masterpiece, including a free drink on arrival! Join us for a relaxed evening of painting, socialising, and drinks. At previous Paint Clubs, we have painted starlit lakes, tropical toucans and even a llama! All painting materials including your canvas are included in the ticket cost. This event includes a free drink - prosecco or a soft drink. Other drinks can be purchased from the bar throughout the event.

The result will be a nervous system that has had chance to re- calibrate and move towards a place of ‘rest & digest’ (essential for our long-term wellbeing and health) a body that feels fortified, light and open and a mind that has perhaps had opportunity to feel a little less ‘busy and scattered’.

BYON (Bring Your Own Notebook!) but pens and a tipple will be supplied. No writing experience is necessary and there’s absolutely no pressure to share your work if you don’t want to!
